This looks so good! It's by far the best looking comic book film of 2011. Smart, stylish and it doesn't look like a toy commercial like the Captain America suit! Love it!

Love the Beast's new look. Feral but sort of romantic as well. Love Mystique and Emma's coolness and the set design and Fassbender's intensity.

so far, only Kevin Bacon and January Jones look great. the guys playing Professor X and Magneto look alright, nothing special. everyone else is really...bad.

I thought it was rumored we would see his transformation, but I guess Beast could always be using an image inducer.

Nice1 I knew those images could never have been approved, they looked awful. That article had some nice shots in there, the Magneto picture was more of what I had in mind to see first.

I mention in another thread that Jennifer Lawrence says that Mystique is afraid to expose her mutation so we actually will see her in a human disguise before eventually embracing her mutant power and turning blue.

First Class is going to be excellent. The only worry is visual effects. Because of the schedule, the visual effects could not be as polished as they should for 2011 visual effects.

But, I'm almost willing to be that Vaughn's had at least 3 editors on this film so they could get a rough assembly of the footage together to send to vfx houses has fast as possible.

Goddamn yes! That helmet is freaking sweet. Between Matthew Vaughn and X-men that actually look like X-Men, there might actually be hope for this movie.

I haven't been enthused for this movie since back when I learned that Hank was the only First 5 member that would be in it but all of the reveals of the last day have looked cool to me. This has probably moved past Thor on my "Movies I look forward to" list.

I'm really getting an X-Men 1 vibe from this new film. I don't think it will be as epic as X2 or as mindless as X3, but much more about the plot and atmosphere. Some action, yes, but it'll more about the characters and the relations between them.

Whereas that excites me, I don't know how much the GA will go for it, especially in a summer full of other fun popcorn flicks

I've been waiting ages for anything from this 2011 film - Promo: January to (June 3)~July. Smallest timeframe for a CBM promo since Jonah Hex.

Given that 90% of fans are expecting the worst for this film, I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised upon release day.

I hope Vaughn has enough time to finish. It's a shame he's being rushed so much. It could definitely effect the final product.
