Apocalypse Young Cyclops/Jean/Storm? Casting Ideas - Part 1

Yes I know this film is a ways off and we have no idea if any of these characters are set to appear at all, but I think we can all agree that the First Class series will inevitably get to re-indroducing these founding members at some point. With X-Men: Apocalypse potentially focusing solely on the prequel cast once again, now would be the perfect time to bring back some big names with fresh faces.

Who would you cast in these respective roles?

I'm cool with either Chloe Moretz or Hailee Steinfeld, but I was hoping they'd go for the same calibre of actors for Cyclops as it seems they are going for with Jean.

Honestly Fanning, Moretz, and Steinfeld would all be great choices. I don't really know much about any of the potential Cyclops actors, so I cannot really comment on that yet.

According to The Wrap they are looking for A-list for Jean and fresh face for Cyclops...

Also I'd be glad with either of the three of the suggested actresses.. But....
Chloe Moretz or Elle Fanning my favorites.

Agreed. They aint messing around on the actress side of things, all three have proved themselves very capable actresses at such a young age.

Pretty much. Heck, from the get go we've all been fan-casting high profile young actresses for Jean, and up-and-comers for Scott. It's not really by choice.

I think Ansel Elgort and Dylan O'Brien are the only somewhat high profile young male actors I can think of...

I think I'd go with Elle Fanning for Jean, of those three, though I think they could do better...

None of those guys seem right for Cyclops, though.

Richard Madden would be a good Cyclops, but I'm afraid he's not in the specific age group they are looking for.

Yep, it was difficult to fancast a young male actor.

Yeah Elgort and O'Brien are a pretty big deal as far as young actors are concerned but after that it gets super fuzzy. I guess Logan Lerman counts too.

Has Fanning gotten any better? The only movie I saw her in was that one with Matt Damon. She was terrible.

She's also the youngest, at 16. Chloe and Steinfeld will be 18 by the time filming starts.

If they deem acting abilities a wash, I think Moretz will get it if she wants it, based on sex appeal. Probably has had the most risque roles to date. Fanning hasn't done nearly enough as her sister at this point. Steinfeld is solid, but not really physically the part.

It's nothing they're really concerned about as all my tests came back as fine. I haven't had it since, it's just these panic attacks I've been having. I'm getting treatment for it though
