Everything already mentioned and much more.

A bit my wife and I particularly liked was how when Doomsdays attacks Luthor, Superman immediately stops it, saving Lex.

    - The opening scene. Best depiction of the Wayne murder ever. I love the shot of Joe Chill's face, the "Oh God, what did I just do?" before he bolts. Establishes that he wasn't a one-note monster.
    - Affleck's acting with Wally and especially the little girl.
    - Batman's first scene. "It's still here." LOVE IT.
    - All the Clois scenes. Screw the New 52, this is where it's at.
    - Literally every scene with Diana (maybe not the metahuman files, which were silly but that's not on her). Her theme music, the photograph with Steve, clanging the bracelets together, the smile, the lasso...GIVE ME MORE.
    - Clark's scene with Jonathan's "ghost." Much better than any one scene with Jonathan from MoS.
    - The "Martha" scene. As weird and hokey as it is for Clark to say Martha, the rest of the scene was beautiful. Affleck killed it in that scene. He realized he was about to do the inverse of what happened to him (robbing a mother of her son, instead of a son of his mother), and it gave him the wake up call he needed. MAJOR kudos to Snyder and Terrio for putting the emphasis on Martha Wayne for a change instead of Thomas like practically everyone else does.
    - Bruce doing a 180 in regards to Clark. It's like he was all "WE'RE GONNA BE BEST FRIENDS NOW" without even getting Clark's opinion on it lol.
    - I mentioned Wonder Woman specifically, but the Trinity vs Doomsday fight in general was a dream come true. I know we're getting JL, but I'd be completely fine with a film series of just these three tbh.
    - "You're my world."
    - Lois lying on Clark's bed and getting the ring destroyed me.

My feelings on this film are in a constant state of flux right now, but I could never hate it because it made me feel so much more than most other CBMs.

That WW entry is definitly a special moment, music helping of course

Then she goes on talking how she killed beasts from other planets before, then the Is she with you comes in. It flows so perfectly into that Trinity shot

-Wonder Woman during the Doomsday fight, especially when she has Doomsday wrapped up with her golden lasso.
-The Batman saves Martha scene - even better that what was in the trailers.
-Superman being regenerated by the Sun after the nuke.
    -The Diana/Bruce dialogue.

I can't tell if it was deliberate or not on Snyder's part for that to be funny. Several people laughed in my theater at that moment, especially with Martha's response. I should probably consider that a flaw in the script/really rushed, but...it's just too endearing.

It's absolutely meant to be funny. He's putting her at ease and its a break from the intense, violent scene that just happened.

The Flash Crisis scene is probably my favorite moment in comic book movie history and I'm an X-Men fan. That was so hardcore nerdy

I'd like to add that I also loved how their fight was resolved. And how we could have easily had a "I'm Batman!" answer when Martha asked Batman who he was but he responded, "I'm a friend of your son."

There is a review out there by an independent film maker that makes that same point. I had been waiting years to see someone exploit that coincidence in some thematic or dramatic way. I was happy it was in this film.

Link? It's funny because my brother, whom I saw the movie with, was sure that line was coming in that scene. Pleasantly surprised it didn't.

Wow! Pretty neat that the movie did that for him. He also brought up more interesting points.

Don't mean that in a bad way. He makes a valid interpretation of the film.

I'm trying to remember everything (must watch a third time!) but I'll try to list in order:

    - the opening montage switching between Thomas and Martha's funeral and the fateful night where they were murdered. It's been stated that Batman's origins are so ingrained in our consciousness that to do it again was unnecessary but I agree with those early youtube reviewers who said "you haven't seen Thomas and Martha like this". It was visual opera. My heart was broken as both Dad and then Mom tried to fight back but to no avail, a bullet silenced each.

    - our first introduction to "this" Batman... yeah he's scary and doesn't f around

    - I'm sorry, but I don't get the hatred for this "unsmiling" Superman. I loved Cavill's characterization. When we first see Superman, he's there to save his woman. The "I mean business" look he gives the warlord is perfect... that idiot is messing with Superman's woman! Tugging his cape, so to speak.

    - all of Superman's attempts to do good... he looks like Superman/heroic, and it resonated with me that the real person (Clark) is just trying to do what his father taught him, and he's basically being spit upon everytime he tries to help (but you are shown that the people being helped adore him)

    - Superman's melancholy makes sense in this movie... he really doesn't have much to be happy about... I'll go against the grain and double down on my "Cavill was perfect with what he was given"... he says alot with simple facial expressions, and little touches like fixing his tie when deciding to rescue the people in the burning building (instead of continuing his investigation of Bruce Wayne) nailed it

    - Diana's smirk when Lex went on his little rant about gods, mythology, and Zeus in particular

    - everything involving Alfred... his jabs about Bruce's age, lack of heirs, and then serious bits like kryptonite (paraphrasing) "to destroy it... or keep it out of Luthor's hands" and the oft seen in trailers "he is *not* our enemy!"

    - the early bits with Luthor... everything setting the stage for getting access to the kryptonite, scout ship, Zod's body... his interactions with Holly Hunter; i really got the sense that this guy is brilliant but he's clearly off his rocker and there's a bigger payoff coming (I'm think he's possessed/controlled by Darkseid or something along those lines)

    - not a popular opinion but I did like Holly Hunter's bits; you get the sense she just wants to do right and she senses Luthor is shady but only at the end does she realize he's completely evil and she's been played

    - Clark and Lois had great chemistry; their "couple" scenes don't get much airplay but they make the most of what they're given; his love for her shines through and her sincere attempts at boosting his morale were heartfelt

    - Clark and Jonathan... yes I'm sappy and teared up

the second half of the movie, Batman vs Superman and Trinity vs Doomsday was great, but shout outs:

    - Superman and Luthor; you totally feel his rage and if there's one thing that will drive him to kill again this would be it but he's in quite the bind

    - obv the first showdown... I got the sense that Superman is still figuring out how to fight which explains how he gets schooled by Batman... I felt Superman would rather talk it out, but starts getting desperate thinking about Martha. And Batman is more than a little unhinged and has already decided he has to eliminate this threat

    - Batman *taking down* the thugs in the warehouse

    - Superman getting his butt kicked initially and then taking Doomsday into space... yes he learned from the Battle of Metropolois

    - Wonder Woman fighting

    - Superman and Lois "this is my world"

    - the tracking shot of Diana binding Doomsday with the lasso, Batman hitting Doomsday with the final Kryptonite grenade, and Superman's sacrifice

    - it's unpopular, and my best friend hated it, but Lex's "off his rocker" "the bell cannot be unrung! ding ding ding ding"... it's the JL payoff for me and I'm still convinced Luthor is basically possessed and therefore crazy

there's a bunch I could list, but to continue would border on "I LOVED EVERY SCENE IN THIS MOVIE" which actually isn't true

Yes I'm shilly and clearly loved this beautiful (and flawed) movie. Let's be honest, on the second viewing it's easy to see the first half can be (excruciatingly) slow. But since I loved the movie, the second viewing gave me a chance to savour more of the imagery.
