I'm excited for live action green lantern anything. You haters need to relax.

This is unusual. No cast, no director announced yet for something that’s supposed to be filming this soon?According to a new listing from Production List from less than 2 months ago, the series is scheduled to begin filming in LA in 10 days.
...But I don't think it involves John Stewart.
Agreed, it's unusual. Though I wouldn't be surprised if showrunner Seth Grahame-Smith was also the director of the pilot. He was gonna direct the Flash film at one point, afterall. But Production List is an official industry resource that works directly with the studios, so while it's certainly possible they got their wires crossed, it's not like it came from any of those fake scoop sites. But yeah, on Feb 15th, they added Green Lantern to their database (though listed as a feature) with a start date of April 12th in Los Angeles. This is unusual. what interview is this? and why does Ben look like that?Their dynamic in that particular interview is precisely the opposite in the films themselves.
I don't remember exactly which interview this was, but it was shortly after BvS's reviews came out.what interview is this? and why does Ben look like that?

Sad Affleck refers to the look of dismay worn by actor Ben Affleck, who portrays Batman in the 2016 DC Comics superhero film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, during a Yahoo! UK interview in response to a question concerning its lukewarm reception from the critics. Upon its release in March 2016, the video clip of Affleck somberly listening to the interviewer's description of the critics' reviews quickly went viral on YouTube, prompting the creation of parodies and remixes using sad music and imagery.
I mean, look, at the end of the day its WB's property, they can do what they want. BUT, my only argument is that nothing is happening with GL right now and I GUARANTEE you a a cameo scene with John Stewart would have gotten people excited and then, y'know, maybe would have emboldened WB even further to expedite a GL movie. Look at all the excitement over Darkseid that this movie has generated. New Gods is canceled but we all got to SEE Darkseid in this movie and now WB knows theres interest for that world. Snyder's giving people appetizers of the DC universe and showing the cool potential all these characters have.
So, look, if DC/WB doesnt want the GL scene out so be it, thats their choice but.....why not man? What harm will it do? it will only get people excited about Green Lantern again
Bruh, you been under a rock?what interview is this? and why does Ben look like that?
I will believe a Green Lantern movie happens when I see it. I feel no reason to believe it is happening for realz.
Same, I'm also skeptical of that Blue Beatle movie, that Zartanna movie, and probably that Superman movie.I will believe a Green Lantern movie happens when I see it. I feel no reason to believe it is happening for realz.
Eh, they have more well known properties to make before that like - Fantastic four, X-men, Defenders and Inhumans,I'm willing to bet that Marvel will make a (successful) Squadron Supreme movie before DC manages to make another JL.

I'm almost certain they don't really know what that means. Either the multiverse thing was a smoke screen, or they genuinely don't understand what multiverse means lol. It's one or the other. At this point, I have become immune to what Marvel is doing, first everything they will make will be received with good reviews and fanfare, second, their quality stays the same.
As for WB..
They pretty much gave Snyder the go ahead with everything else.
That video sums up my issues as well with WB.
Why not both being true?I'm almost certain they don't really know what that means. Either the multiverse thing was a smoke screen, or they genuinely don't understand what multiverse means lol. It's one or the other.
That MM with Ben scene is definitely 2020 Ben, no doubt about it. My confusion was IF there was an entirely different scene shot in 2016 with Ben and GL which it sounds like there was but WB in 2020 told Zack “no, you cant use that in the Snyder cut because of our imaginary GL plans.”
