It hasn't been canned, but it can no longer be produced under the WB/HBO Max umbrella so Zaslav's selling it to any other network willing to purchase it. Same thing with the Amazing World Of Gumball movie.

Still a dumb decision and a wasted opportunity to generate money and views so much talent involved in a new Batman property (seriously, this decision is unprecedented), but Zaslav has very much shown his dislike for everything animation so it's not surprising that he couldn't overlook his bias here either.

So basically, if no other network picks up any of these with what I assume is at least in a short amount of time, all these animated projects will go the way of Batgirl. And two of these are Looney Tunes ones.
