hell yeah. I may have hated him when he was a Charger, but join the Raiders, Marty. Cause one and done in the playoffs is better than 4-12.

Marty is still a valuable coach to somebody, he is just a choke artist. Hard to overcome that.

Meh, Marty is a decent coach, but considering his age and lack of post season production, I think San Diego is his last Head Coaching job.

He worked in Jim Johnson's system in Philly and runs Lovie's Tampa 2 in Chicago, so he's been exposed to a lot.

Oh, he did more than that. He also had them go for it on fourth downs at bad times, and take safeties when they could have just punted, and, and, and.... dammit, Shotty sucks. He's the ultimate tease. He gets you so far, then nothing.

^ oh my , could you imagine Norv Turner with LT, that would be sick ,I have a feeling that the Chargers GM has been wanting to fire marty for a while ,but he wanted to to it after all the other teams head coachig vacant spots had been filled up.
