Cowboys beat themselves with penalties. That, and some LOUSY pass defense. :csad:

Lets not start with this please. You want to know why their pass defense looked lousy? Because thats Tom Brady passing out there with good receivers. He makes just about everyone's pass defense look bad even when he didn't have them.

As for Devin Hester, he broke Gale Sayer's franchise record for return TDs today. It took Sayers 7 years to attain it. I don't know how he does it, there are times where even if he is stopped, it looks like he should have been tackled at least 10 yards behind wherever he ends up. Just like Sayers, whenever he has the ball theres a threat that he is going to score no matter where he is. Opposing teams are just going to have to swallow their pride and not kick to him, because sooner or later they will pay. And also chances are pretty good the Bears offense isn't going to do much with the field position anyway.

I knew that my boys would lose today, and thought it would be by 2 tds. Most of Cowboy Nation aint drinking that koolaid, guys. We are the class of the NFC, but that still puts us around 5th best in the NFL.

fran, cmill and norman...

Reggie Bush
19 Rush, 97 yards
6 Rec, 44 yards
25 touches, 141 total yards

Keeps going up and up; Stecker got hurt tonight so the work load will only increase and they face Atlanta Falcons next week...

First decent game by Bush this season, and people jump right back on the bandwagon.

Check the sig; Ive been saying it all year :o

Cmill-psh; its only one game. Bit his numbers will def. keep growing

It seems like every time I watch the Eagles live, they lose, but every time they don't play the game on TV down here, they win. So basically, I need to stop watching football.

Its really a shame that Hester is on the team he is on. He deserves better. I hope he gets out when his contract is up.

Lemme get this straight.

Aside from his 225 rushing yards...Adrian Peterson had 120 punt return yards, too?!?

Though this "a star is born" talk is stupid; hes been playing at or above star-level since week 1.

Guess no one watched him at Oklahoma?

The Bears can't possibly that dumb to let someone like him go. Why do you want him to leave, he's our only freaking source of offense.

Your sig has nothing about how you think Bush will do this season.

People were high on Bush. Peterson is a class act, as well as a great football player. Peterson FTW.....(until Hart comes to the NFL)

Well yeah, and neglected to pay attention to the fact that he wasn't quite the between-the-tackles-run-dudes-over type back either. Most of his runs he goes lateral trying to dodge the DBs when they've been on him a lot. But obviously not tonight it seems

Three things.

1) The. Madden. Curse. Is. Real. HAHA.

2) Adrian Peterson is a man beast, thank you Jesus.

3) This is a quote from tonight's game by John Madden,"Sometimes you've got to give a guy a little blow." (Referring to why Bush wasn't in the game------>)

I dont care. If I'm Brady or Manning, and Im approached to be on the cover of Madden 09, I laugh my ass off. They gotta go back to putting Madden on the cover, because until we do, we will still have this "curse" around.

I said hes getting there :o

I really dont get the media (and your) infatuation with Bush. He is not Sayers. He is not Sanders. He is a decent slot reciever and punt returner. He is Ginn Jr, but hidden as a running back.

Hester was just in the Superbowl last year, you know, his rookie season? Its not like he has been suffering for years on end on a horrible team.

I think he was talking to Al Michaels with a seductive look in his eye:o

EDIT: Also Brett Favre

"A few moments earlier, cornerback Ellis Hobbs and linebacker Rosevelt Colvin ran off the field munching on a bag of popcorn to mock Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens, who had left a sign hanging in his locker Wednesday that said "Getcha Popcorn Ready!"

^Heh; I like it :D :D

Yeah; you can make that final career evaluation 22 games into it

I neve runderstood the Barry Sanders talk; Bush was always going to be a better version of Marshall Faulk.
