I wonder where Slim and DUI are :o

I'm here.........what can you say? Better luck next year. They played flat....by-weeks just don't seem to work for them. Zero pass rush on Rivers.....Freeney being out is a little too glaring. Some more defensive push needs to be addressed in the off season.

Red zone blunders......turnovers on the 2??? Marvin's fumble....

Hats off to the Bolts. They came to play.

I just saw Romos' press conference....I think as the QB of the team, he should be holding his head a little higher than he was

but he is usually right as rain most of the time

I would listen to Sean Salisbury before I listened to him. Clayton earlier in the year said the Jags wouldn't make the playoffs and were on a downward spiral for years to come. I think he's worse that Tony Kornheiser.

If Dungy is gone. i would not be surpised to see Cowher get the job then.

That is the most stupid thing I've heard. Colts still have most of their talent coming back/ Freeney will be healthy again. Addai is young. Clark will be franchised. Gonzalez will have another year under his belt. Wayne get better. And the Colts QB is still there. We also get to play all of those AFC East teams next year!

Bill Cowher is NOT going to be coaching for a few years at least....he seems to be content where he's at

Certainly not this year

when the Giants fail to make the playoffs next year and Coughlin is fired, Cowher will be brought in then.

Meanwhile, now that Dallas choked, the Dolphins will finally be able to bring in some coaches!

Tony Sparano!

GETCHA KLEENEX READY T.O. YOU HAVE LOST 4 STRAIGHT PLAYOFF GAMES!

It kind of a hope, because as good as Dungy is he doesn't have that killer edge. Cowher would give the Colts that attitude that they are lacking.

WRONG...Once Coughlin is fired, John Fox will be bought back to the team as Head Coach....if Cowher ends up with any team it will be Carolina so he can be close to home....if he decides to coach again....and thats a pretty big IF

I heard a rumor somewhere that Cower may not want to coach in New York because of the media circus.

I love John Fox, but if we have a chance to get Bill Cower because he's from the area, I'll go crazy.

New York is the team who's fairly talented and will open up the check book for Cowher. He's a north east guy played in Philadelphia and coached in Pittsburgh. His smash mouth style and strong defense would fit there, and the situation is ripe for a winning team unlike Atlanta or something.

John Fox has a history with the Giants, but lets face it. If they Giants have a shot at Cowher they aren't going to pass him up for John Fox.

Being a great player or coach in another city doesnt mean you can do the same in New York....look at basketball...2 of the greatest coaches in the NBA, Lenny Wilkins and Larry Brown, didnt last long with the Knicks....Randy Johnson fizzled with the Yankees....its a whole different animal in NY

That defense was awful... yeah Freeney wasn't in there... but whoever comes if (if not Dungy) is not going to have that defense playing at that level... the offense is still set... but a potential Dungyless defense worries me. And the Jags play all those AFC East teams too... as do the Pats... twice.

I don't people are giving the giants enough of a chance against the pack, even though they did impress the hell out of me last night. I think either team can win. Patriots vs Packers or Patriots vs Giants both seem like good super bowls to me. Sorry, but the chargers just don't appeal to me.

Cowher isn't going to want a team like New York.

Brown and Wilkens came to a mess.....Mark Messier came to New York and did pretty damn well.

The Giants aren't a bad team. I dont think they'll "miss the playoffs" next year per say, but i cant see them being as successful as they have been this year. An NFC championship birth? You couldn't have paid me to say the Giants would be in the title game if you asked me in September, especially when they started 0-2.

He got it right with Cowher and Parcells... that's what I am going by.
