I can understand the mix of NE and NY teams but where the heck is the Dallas coming from??

I figure its some bandwagon fans from the nineties and people who are mad at their parents....

I've always been a Pats fan... I just watch it more often when they're doing well. The home team is ALWAYS my team (New England teams were mine even when I lived in TX)

I never said it was right....just that it's funny watching people make fools of themselves.

connecticut is middle ground when it comes to sports teams.....we have yankees fans, mets fans, red sox fans, giants fans, cowboys fans, pats fans, all in a very small state

I bet that if you took a survey, the people on the "NY half" of CT would be die hard Yankees/Islanders/Jets/Mets/Giants/Knicks fans and on the "MA half" they would be die hard Sox/Pats/Bruins/Celtics/Revolution, etc... fans

ESPN is based in Bristol but it really doesnt affect the sports climate....and what is the thumbs down for?? espn or my state?? what anguisette said is right....the southern half of ct is mostly new york and the northern chunk follows the sox and the pats....but its pretty spread out

the ESPN facility is located on a quiet road across from an amusement park in bristol....a couple buildings and a bajillion satellite dishes...Connecticut is also the corporate HQ of a lot of companies...BIC, Subway, GE, WWE, sikorsky helicopetrs are built in CT....US Navy submarines as well
