I really dont feel the nfl should be playing regular season games outside the US anyway and I applaud Jerry Jones for standing up and speaking out against it

He's just mad cause he won't be making money off it. Im fine with the game expanding.

The fact that Goodell talked about having a Super Bowl in another country made me upset.

Regular season games I don't mind.

I dont think thats it....hes even said the cowboys will not participate in any regular season games outside the us....which would make him money....preseason games I am fine with....not regular season

$$$$$ is not a problem for Jerry, and on top of that the teams do get a % of these games....

That was what he was quoted as saying so.....he stated the revenue they would lose from not having a game played in there (new)stadium was to much.

San Diego gets in the red zone twice, they get FGs. New England gets in the red zone twice, they get TDs. This is how the beating starts.

****ing Patriots.

edit: Sure Chargers, be even more charitable. Give 'em the ball again.

my honest feelings....football here in the US and the NFL is America's game and invention its ours and I dont want to share it, especially with people who wont appreciate it.....

I appreciate it :cmad: , what I don't appreciate is you guys destroying our sacred Wembley pitch :woot:

Pats are letting the Chargers hang around, and give credit to the SD defense. But they are going to need some touchdowns from their offense, they cant keep settling for FG's and turning the ball over.

what did the management at wembley expect....a bunch of 250-300 men trampling on the field....blame them for lack of foresight in proper turf preperation....and dont you dare blame the nfl for england losing their game because the field was beat....

American football and Canadian football came about around the same time, from the same sources from England.

If the NFL expands globally, that doesn't bother me. If the NFL doesn't, that doesn't bother me.

agreed, that's just stupid

Chargers really needed a TD here

Pats looked sluggish the first half against J-Ville last week also. But that game was at least tied at the half. Patriots are going to come out exploding in the second half, Chargers need points to keep up.

Good Lord, San Diego. WTF?

Go straight ahead and get the damn yard. Off tackle wasn't needed there.

The Chargers can't win on field goals alone. They are going to need to pull some crazy plays. They better start doing it soon too.
