The only possible way they could make up for it is letting No Country win best Picture. And even then...

I liked Sweeney but didn't think it was as good as 4 of the 5 best picture noms (Ive not see TWBB yet) But i think Burton deserved a nom for director given how he brought the world to life.

Sweeney was visually amazing (so, maybe he deserved a nom), but the story sucked.
