Both of them stay so they don't have to go to the NFL burial ground known as Detroit.

All the big names at QB seem to be saying they are coming back. Which begs the question what's left for Tebow to prove in College? I think he should forget his senior season and go pro this year would be his best shot to be taken in the first round. He doesn't have to worry about the Lions he'll fall pretty low but if he goes this year he might make the first round and get paid. What do you guys think?
JACKSON, Miss. (AP)Florida offensive coordinator Dan Mullen will be the new football coach at Mississippi State.
A spokesman confirmed the hire to The Associated Press on Wednesday afternoon. Mullen will be arriving in Starkville later in the day and will be introduced at a news conference Thursday.
Mullen has been an assistant coach for 14 years and spent the last eight with Florida coach Urban Meyer at Bowling Green, Utah and Florida.

No, both enter the draft to get 40 million + guarenteed, and throw to calvin johnson.
...and lose 12 games a year no thanks....I'd sooner ride the bench, get the league minimum and be a winning team as opposed to starting, spending 80 percent of the game on my back, and consider finishing a season at .500 a "monumental victory"
...and Calvin Johnson ain't all that.

I echo this sentiment:
This needs to pick up momentum.Categorizing the BCS as a violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act is total genius or complete madness, or possibly both. Either way, I like it.
The fact is, theyd likely go top 5, which means they be gaurenteed at the very least a good 25 million dollars. Thats it. Theres nothing more to it. His family and himself would be set for life, and that is what is most important to them, not winning (unless your Eli Manning where money doesnt matter, so you whine about who drafts you). Fact is, thats how it is with every athlete. You declare when your hot, all waiting another year could is let scouts find more mistakes, somebody else pass you as the top qb, or you get a serious injury. All of that jeporadizes your contract, which is what they are worried about.
Yes a college education is very importantMaybe he actually wants to finish his education....he might not even go pro as he wants to do more mission work

He has his entire career to win. All staying will do is hurt their draft status, everybody knows that.

So I'm really hoping Alabama can put up at least 40 on Utah in the sugar bowl.
