Can't wait to get this started. Draft day always feels like Christmas Eve to me.

I'd be a lot more excited for the draft if I had any hope that the season was actually ever going to happen.

Also probably because for the first time in like 5 years, the Lions aren't drafting in the Top 10,, although that's not necessarily a bad thing.

The NFL & NFLPA CBA talks are not going to be continued until May 16th. The Judge is letting this drag for as long as possible

Will be interesting to see what Buffalo does. Will they go for a QB or see what Ryan Fitzpatrick can do for a full season. If I remember correctly, he wasn't bad. And honestly, Buffalo should have been a .500 team this year, they just got their hearts ripped out so many times.

And Patriots? I dunno, Offensive Line I guess

D'Quan Bowers from Clemson is the true wildcard in this whole first round. He was considered by many to be a Top 3 pick until the words "microfracture surgery" started being whispered around him.

i want aj green in a pats uni. trade up ftw

No thanks. Pats have enough receivers, they should adress other positions

im hoping my 49ers at 7 can land prince amukamara or patrick peterson....OMG one of them should be there:)

All i want is Da Raiders to draft nothing but LB's & DE's.....bring a little youth back to the defensive front line.

Amukamara will be there. Not peterson. Im quite possibly the biggest Cowboys fan alive, and many seem to see him going to us. Im all for trading up for Von Miller. Hes the real deal and hes a Cowboys fan.

I want the Panthers to draft Patrick Peterson, but I think we are going Cam Newton. And I don't know how to feel about it.

I'm hoping for this too. (a fellow 49ERS FAN too!!!) AND hopefully Colin Kaepernick in the 2nd round!!!

I used to really enjoy the draft, but I hate the switch to a week night for the first round. I really don't understand the change. I used to plan my entire Saturday around the NFL draft.

Carolina's my team too. i don't think i want Newton. I wouldn't mind them trading claussen and moore for another pick lol

I wish the 49ers would take Clausen off "your" hands because he may have some potential. As for the Panthers, it be wise for them to trade down & acquire multiple draft picks to address more needs.

I'd be excited for the draft if my home team wasn't the Cincinnati Career Ruiners.

Where Cam Newton ends up will be one of the interesting stories. I'm really not sold on him at the NFL level.

I guess making it prime time helps, but is a Thursday night (competing against NBA and NHL playoffs) that much more profitable than being the main show, taking over an entire Saturday? Maybe it is, but I still enjoyed the Saturday first day over this week night set up.

The NFL Draft will likely triple the ratings for the NBA and NHL playoffs. There is no competition. A lot more people at home watching TV on Thurs Night as opposed to Saturday afternoon in late April when the weather has generally just started getting nice again in most of the country.
