I'm saying Manning has less to work with than Brady. One team went from great to still pretty decent without their QB. The other one went from perennial playoff team to being dead last in the league and owning the #1 Draft pick. This year more than any other proves just how great Manning is IMHO.

Brady has done a lot with very little in his time, too. Brady just has historically played better in big games, and found ways to win in the post-season. This is why he will always be better than Manning, IMO. Brady is in Super Bowl #5, and maybe getting his 4th ring. Very elite company, if he gets there. How many have 4 rings or played in 5 Super Bowls? I don't care about stats/eras in saying this. The NFL today has more parody today than ever before, yet the Pats have consistantly made the playoffs, and have reached the SB now 5 times. Brady is just that damn good.

The people saying Elway is the greatest obviously only remember his last two playoff runs. He was Captain Choke up until his last two years.

Johnny-U was putting up numbers and 4th quarter comebacks before the Manning brothers and Brady were even born!

Unitas' numbers weren't that impressive.

But back then, no quarterback's were. They were more the gun slinging type. It's the wins that matter.

That's just not true. A lot of folks hold the opinion he was the only reason Denver made it to those Super Bowls under Dan Reeves, who was a notoriously conservative coach who never used Elway to his full potential.

He was the reason they got to the big game, and those Bronco team around him wasn't that good.

My list of top qbs:

Montana
Brady
Elway
Bradshaw
Peyton Manning
Marino
Unitas

That is my list...Brady is in a different era with different rules...but its more then that. Montana has 0 INT's in the Super Bowl, and his game winning drives have been stellar with touchdowns to seal them. Montana did not have the same physical ability that these other top QBs have, but he found a way to just own the moment.

But it is close and by the time Brady's career is done...He may pass him

But my favorite comparison when looking at Montana vs. Brady is the (Jordan vs. Kobe) argument...Kobe could get 6 rings and get MVP's and other accolades, but Jordan was just different

I think "greatest of all time" is relative. You have greatest in terms of proven Super Bowl winners in Montana, Bradshaw, Aikmen, Brady etc. Greatest in terms of individual stats, Marino, Favre, Kelly etc. Greatest/Most impressive to watch and I'd say Peyton/Rodgers/Brees are in there. The lists are endless, so I think it's kind of hard to determine a "greatest" without some type of parameters. I think Brady is definitely in the top 3-5 though.

SUPERBOWL XLVI

Lookin' forward to it!!

That game was fixed... no way he missed that short ass field goal. You could tell he did that on purpose just by the way he shifted is foot. WTF

He just missed it, man.

Thats what they want you to think. You're all brain washed. He shifted his foot sideways so it would drift far left.

It seems Dale Gribble is real and he can use the internet.

Who in the blue hell is that?

Character from King of the Hill.

I doubt he missed it on purpose only because he looked like he just cried his eyes out before the interview. Unless he's a great actor.

Well, if Elway was as great as everyone says his teams wouldnt have gotten blown out twice in the big game. I don't see any other legendary QB losing a Super Bowl 55-10.

He was the reason they got to the big game, and those Bronco team around him wasn't that good.
And? Peyton annually takes a proven terrible team to the playoffs, but he's not the best because he was average in the playoffs.

To be the best a QB has to have impressive stats and a hand that you can't fit anymore rings on. Montana fits the bill, and Brady will fit the bill if he wins the big game.

Brady is going for his 4th ring. I can't wait.

Lol at the game being rigged by the Illuminati. Go home Alex Jones.

His consecutive games with a TD pass record still stands to this day, even though Brees will most likely get it next season, it's still very impressive.

New York vs. Boston/Providence.

Should be a good game.
