5 Dallas Officers Killed at Protest Over Shootings by Police

The problem is you and Fox News say that every time there is a mass shooting. Problem is, it seems like we can't go a week without a mass shorting courtesy of bad gun regulations, so, when is a good time to bring it up?

Let's schedule that.
A constant state of mourning that allows no actions to be taken. I lost faith in mourning and then addressing the issue after Sandy Hook.

I still think we need to mourn at least for a week to pay respect to the victims of this tragedy and then talk about the issues.

So every time we need to mourn for at least a week. Do you not see the obvious problem in that? Because shootings happen every day.

This is America where we wait around for the next shooting to happen, rant about it alot and ultimately get nothing done about anything. Rinse, repeat

I just don't know how you are suppose to get anything right when a huge part of congress is acting like this stuff has nothing to do with access to deadly weapons.

We had someone basically go Rambo last night on the cops, and it will lead to nothing. They will eventually become statistics to the majority nd it is beyond sad.

Wth? I get where you are trying to come from, but if it was a legit reason for the cop to draw a weapon, he shouldn't have any trouble. The fact here is he pulled him over like normal and the guy got out and shot him. This probably would've been a regular traffic stop if the suspect had acted normally. Considering the cop is fighting for his life, I wouldn't say he's better off.
Correlating a man walking you down with a gun with shooting someone sitting in a car telling you he has a gun or shooting a man handcuffed while you hold them down isn't strange at all. It isn't mean to incite at all. It isn't trolling at all.

Wow, they used a bomb bot to kill the sniper after he refused to surrender. Crazy stuff!

I just read that they used a robot to deliver a bomb to one of the suspects to kill him. I'm not at all sorry that that made me :lmao:

Seriously, I have never heard of that being done, outside of maybe war. They got creative.

If you live in a culture where guns are prevalent police are going to have itchy trigger fingers, so it seems pretty obvious to me what the solution is to the problem over there.

You know **** is bad when they make two different lapel ribbons to commemorate two different massacres in the course of a month.

By my count, there's been 5 other incidents where suspects specifically went after cops today. Maybe it's time to realize there are a bunch of wannabe criminals out there in society.

There's no such thing as a wannabe criminal. You either do crime or you don't.

American cops are trigger happy no doubt, but you can't unarm the cops when there are 300,000,000 guns in circulation.

.@NRA do you believe the citizenry should be able to buy weaponry that equals or outpaces the police?

.@NRA are you committed to a society that is so armed that police have a reason to fear every encounter?

.@NRA I guess an arms race filled with fear and suspicion is good for you if you're in the gun-selling business

What's sad is from what I've read, the Dallas police force actually has a really good relationship with the community. There were a few actually taking pictures with protestors last night.

So, I see conflicting stories. Was this a lone shooter?

And what's with that black power group claiming responsibility? Or is that just someone on Facebook trolling?
