oh . . . so its "the rise of lex luther (clark sits in the barn on hiatus)" :( :p

actually....lets think of it this way.

right now clark is pretty content where hes at (i dont mean PZ). aside from the fact he lost his dad, he does what he has to save the day, and the steps back into the shadows of smallville.

If LL becomes more multi-national, and clark sees it as his duty to stop LL, then Clark to becomes multi-national. Its still reactive, however.

Then hopefully the show could have interesting turn. In comics alot of times there are "trial" stories or where supervilliams are deemed to have been created bc of the existence of the hero.

What if here, the hero is created because of the existence of the villian? (i think this would also be more "realistic" as well).

^ This guy would like that idea. LOL

:D

*shudders*

god I HATE that movie... That being said, everything else he's done is good, and he couldnt be a nicer guy in person.

its my understanding that "that guy" is a "hack/ripper-offer" having stole the ideas for the sixth sense and the village from relatively unknown source material.

So is Clark going to run into Zod's body in the PZ or is there just no body? I mean he is in there with all the other living Kryptonians you think he finally get to hit something...

it probably works much more like the chicken and egg question..

speaking of which - heroes and vilains,
even the ultimate "myth framework" - god (CEO of Paradise Inc. ?) versus satan (bwahahhahha - wtf ?)
scrapbook could have been way way more interesting if someone had thought of bringing the hot girl in the mix..

too bad the concept of "hot girl" came around only at about "da vinci time", (renaissance(*)/inquisition/isobel),
(with "shy" being the operative world in the begining - hence Mona Lisa),
when it was already too "late" to fix..
(could have even been the very strange "kryptonian stones" influence at these turbulent times)..

so smallville finaly does the whole big shenanigan(**) extremely right "hot girl" wise.. ;)

(*) - the transitional movement in Europe between medieval and modern times beginning in the 14th century in Italy,
lasting into the 17th century, and marked by a humanistic revival of classical influence expressed in a flowering
of the arts and literature and by the beginnings of modern science

(**) - a devious trick used especially for an underhand purpose

:D

Thank god it's just in the comics. Superheros should never have kids, never, having a kid = having a family, and you gotta take care of him/her. You can't go out putting your costume on and take care of criminals or whatever.

Did Bats/Bruce want this kid? or it just happened? lol.

You have obviously never read a Flash comic. Heck a Batman comic. Heck any comic.

Every hero has a family whether it be extended or otherwise. It is what keeps them grounded, from isolation. Bruce and Selina having a kid (God I hope it is them) would be the greatest thing to ever happen to Master Bruce. He needs to learn how to live again.

If Clark becomes a Superhero because of his girl's new boyfriend I think someone should seriously considering burning every single peice of Smallville footage in existance.

I agree

Uh maybe it works in the comics, because they're just drawings, live-action? No.

Master Bruce doesn't even know that he's the father according to Kal-El 8, wow.. lol.

If you can't be a father don't have a kid.
