Neither is Wayne Enterprises. It's a conglomerate, with the deepest roots tied into the very foundation and wealth of the economy of Gotham City. It's has sub companies, charities. it employs thousands of Gothamites. Innocent ones who didn't know their CEO was a vigilante. Why would they suffer? Shutting down WE would thrust Gotham into economic peril.

There is no way it would get shut down in its entirety because the CEO is a vigilante, and the acting president helped manufacture good for said vigilante.

Let's face it, context clues alone implies Wayne is outted in the film.

Whether Wayne Manor is raided, one of the LEAD board members of Wayne Enterprises is seen driving a vehicle with a weapon of mass destruction on it ... and coincidentally the guy who rules Gotham now, along with his mercenary goon squad are driving around in weaponed out custom Batmobiles.

It's fantastic, I loved every minute of it, but my friends hated the slow pace and the complex and demanding plot. So take from that what you will. It's not everyone's cup of tea but if it's yours (esp if you like the book or any of le Carre's works) then you will really REALLY like it.

There were a couple temper tantrums over in the Spidey section if you'd like to see. Although I wouldn't recommend it. Just a couple of people demanding footage and planning to write angry letters to Sony (I'm not kidding someone actually wrote that. -_- ).

Well, the SDCC footage -would- be kind of new for Russia... it's private footage, not public. WB won't have that excuse for TDKR, so I'm not confident they'd mererly show the teaser there.

If thats why people dont like it I imagine I at least will love it. I didnt really care for the mini series, too slow and while not boring it didnt really go anywhere for a LONG time. And I am actually expecing a slow burning cerebral mystery. So this movie will surely take care of the pacing problem.
