I dont think that's true. Some of the best ninja's in the history of these boards were relative "noobs". It's the way in which individuals boast they have information, gain desired attention, and lead unsuspecting posters along a prolonged, anti-climactic bait-fest that infuriates people.

You don't see gill coming in here and posting that he's got a huge spoiler and will let everyone know in a couple days what it is, or hyping up a particular scene that "you guys are gonna love". It's the individuals who get some sort of pleasure out of being in the "know", (who probably haven't been in the know for long) and watching others beg for that info. It's borderline sadism, and it's so much more prominent now than it was before.

My hopes are way up! I can't believe the expo is tomorrow. So exciting. And then Chris gets us the prologue description on Thurs. And then some guy on here said to expect bootlegs of the prologue by the 12th!

This is so exciting. We are so close. So close to the greatest week for Batfans. I'm so hungry for it.

Yeah, I'm not as desperate for the prologue as I'm confident Bane will be amazing but the trailer could calm some worries I have - Batcave, Catwoman etc.

Honestly, I'd have done the same but the prologue is delayed until the 21st over here. So a big "NOPE" from me. Can't hold myself back that long...
