IGN spoilery spoilery was an awesome read!
The CIA picks up their prisoner, Dr. Pavel, from some local militia who also offer the spies a bonus: Three prisoners with ties to the notorious masked mercenary known as "Bane." As the CIA's black ops flight soars over the countryside (this was the sequence shot over Scotland that included a stuntman plunging into a local's roof!), we soon realize the CIA agent (played by The Wire and Game of Thrones' Aidan Gillen) is not as in control as he believes.

Long story short and no real surprise: One of the masked prisoners is in fact Bane. The CIA are, in fact, his prisoner. The CIA agents learn the hard way not to mess with Bane in a mid-air action sequence that could only be more Bond-like if it ended with a Carly Simon song playing over the opening credits.

I can picture it in my head but I'm sure its nothin like what will be seen on the IMAX screen

Well it's 4am and my shift is over. Gordo Burger, hot shower, and bed, here I come.

Good night comrades.

Via Collider:

Next Friday the first full trailer for The Dark Knight Rises will be released on the same day the IMAX prologue hits theaters. However, don’t look for it online, as the Nolan’s like people to see their trailers for the first time in theaters, so I’d wager it will be officially released the following week on Yahoo or Apple.

There you have it, folks! We're getting nothing online till the 19th-- that's when we'll get the trailer online.

Good night. :fhm:

Steve's hunch is hardly the official word.

Bane posing as his prisoner seems very similar to Joker posing as his robber.

Yeah. It seems like the Nolans are plagiarizing themselves. They even said the sequence is similar to the skyhook sequence in The Dark Knight.

I hope not. What would really suck is if the reveal in this one has the same tone and feel of the last one. In other words if it's not revealed until the end of prologue that it's Bane and not a prisoner. Because then alot people are gonna roll their eyes and be like "oh THIS again?"

BUT, however, it sounds like in this prologue Bane is revealed rather early and then the rest of the prologue involves and awesome James Bond - esque action scene. In which case Bane being a prisoner won't bother me as much.

Ok, just wasn't sure if you knew. :)

The 3rd inception was released online. So this could happen again.

Why do I get the feeling that the poor CIA agent in the prologue is gonna get killed?

Can someone please direct me to a prologue description?

Ive been reading the threads all day.... Omg... 1 week tomorrow until im at sydney imax watching the footage! It will come and go to quickly

A little late to the party.

So what's new?

Prologue description yet? New poster?

My guess is that Bane's voice being unintelligible is intentional - if you think about it, now that no-one knows what Bane was saying, no reporters are able to give a blow-by-blow account of what happened, or what Bane's intentions were (even if they wanted to).

Not sure if Nolan would go to these lengths, but if he has, he's a genius.

Oh dear God I hope I'm right.:cmad:
