Their prediction for Best Original Screenplay, The Favourite; mine, First Reformed but I'd like it to go to The Favourite.

Their prediction for Best Supporting Actress, Regina King for If Beale Street Could Talk. I agree but I'd like it to go to Emma Stone for The Favourite.

Their prediction for Best Supporting Actor, Mahershala Ali for Green Book. Mine too and I think he should.

Their prediction for Best Actor, Rami Malek for Bohemian Rhapsody. I agree but I'd like it to go to Bradley Cooper for A Star Is Born.

lol, just rewatched it after 20 years last night.

The anger subsided, kinda liked it, but still thought it had no business performing as good as it did during award season.

I liked Shakespeare in Love back then, and I like it now. Would I give it an Oscar for Best Pic? Nah, but it's an enjoyable flick, imo.

Eh, I agree with Weinstein about Saving Private Ryan. Them 20 minutes of action on the beach were the best part, but pretty meh on the rest. Someone made a compilation of every ''thank you Harvey'' from awards shows, and all kinds of yikes. But tis' is hollywood after all.

The best parts of BR were them live performances on stage. Singer directed those, so it does mud his imminent win for me. Eh.
