I think it wont happen, but Triangle of Sadness is the best film ive seen this year, hope it gets at least nominated for best film.

I really hope Dolly De Leon sneaks in for Supporting Actress. I could see this in Screenplay too.

Definitely the grossest film I've seen this year. Everyone was talking about how unsettling Bones and All was, but I feel like I was not properly warned for that Captain's dinner scene.

I think you overestimate the impact of the globes.
2022 winners were Power of the Dog and West Side Story, Academy choose Coda
2021 was the right pick with Nomadland, but this year was so empty in general
2020 were 1917/Once Upon A Time, Academy go with the foreign movie Parasite
2019 was right with Green Book
2018 they picked Three Billboards and Lady Bird, Academy goes with Shape of Water

So its 3 wrong, 2 right in the last 5 years. Banshees still has chances if EEAAO wins at the globes. Top Gun can still win at the Oscars in case Fabelmans wins.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced its second string of presenters for tomorrow night’s 80th Golden Globe Awards including Claire Danes, Cole Hauser, Jennifer Hudson, Harvey Guillén, Henry Golding, Hilary Swank, Glen Powell, Jay Ellis, Jenna Ortega, Jennifer Coolidge, Letitia Wright, Mo Brings Plenty, Regina Hall and Salma Hayek Pinault.

This group of presenters join previously announced guests including Ana De Armas, Ana Gasteyer, Billy Porter, Colman Domingo, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Natasha Lyonne, Nicole Byer, Niecy Nash-Betts, Quentin Tarantino and Tracy Morgan.
