It's sadly hilarious how many are willing to turn a blind eye to obvious corruption and incompetence with an undercurrent of autocratic malevolence for tax cuts. Nazi allusions may indeed be over the line but there have been many bad and incompetent political movements and regimes that never rose to the level of Hitler or Stalin or Mao or Pol Pot... That doesn't mean that because they aren't yet or never will be even at that level that they are absolved of their obvious deficiencies morally or intellectually. And besides the defense that well they aren't actually Nazis or Stalinists or true authoritarian regimes is seriously setting the bar quite low for political standards. Politicians and their followers can be quite removed from actual autocratic actions and yet still be the authors of ****ty and bankrupt policies.

I did not say that Trump belonged among them....I merely posted it as I thought it was a funny riff on the actual painting that he has hanging in the White House (I will post that at the bottom of this post).....Mandon Knight said that I had left Margaret Thatcher out of the painting, which suggests that she is as evil as the rest of them, and I was expressing that although I know she is disliked and even hated by many in England....whatever she did does not come close to the evil that they did. Now back to Trump....if you keep up with the news....you will understand that he adores despots and dictators and mass murderers. So....while he has not earned his place among those in the painting....he yearns to be listed among them as a peer.
