not all of them are severerly miscast. most fanboys seem to fail at understanding this concept -- when adapting one material to another changes have to happen. and it is often easier to change the supportive female lead than it is to change the main character, no? it also provides less backlash.

Dunst isn't miscast as the movie's version of MJ. Jolie's not responsible for holding up Sin City 2. Berry isn't responsible for all the problems with the X-Men franchise.

ooooooo calm down, calm down . Well its just my opinion as a film maker, no skin off your teeth. I do not like the acting by the women in those films(Alba is bad in everything) in my OPINION....

I know its "Zeus", I try to type fast and therefore mess some words up.I know other actors who could have played Storm, certainly many other people to play sue storm(i'm not talking about looks, just acting wise).

I've been called a newb (forgot i was on TEH internet, its weird being called a newb when your in your 20's) and have been called out for my spelling like I was in 3rd grade ....sheesh!

I usually don't use the word "casted" but I saw how you were on people's butts about its usage it so I used it myself to make a point. There are better things to do on this board then to check other poster's spelling am I right?Like discuss Eckhart and other casting news with fellow Batman Fans?

And when you call people newbs, I mean what can I say ......I hope you aren't this condensending in real life(if and when you get a girlfriend or boyfriend you can't call them a newb on the first date---just some advice).

As much as Im leaning on towards Guy Pierce and Eckhart. Adrian Brody came to mind but then his looks is not up to par with the other pretty boys. He's more of a Joker than Dent and I was surprised he's rumored to be the next Hulk.

Over at BOF Jett saying that he has heard a "New" name for Dent. Although he says Eckhart is still the frontrunner, hes says that this "New" guy is getting some SERIOUS consideration.

i also heard he dropped a hint on who the NEW name was. Basically dropping a farewell saying he will "depart" and that to keep the "good vibrations"
which means he heard the new possible contender is Wahlberg.
