Agent Carter Agent Carter General Discussion Thread - Part 1

Yeah, my first thought when I heard about the move to LA was, "at least that means Angie's tagging along." It makes perfect sense for her, so I'd be disappointed if she didn't.

I hope Angie comes along, her friendship with Peggy was a really good aspect of the first season. Plus her and Peggy are both hot :woot:.

With the move to LA I hope we'll see Peggy mixing with some oldschool Hollywood stars! :D

There were 8 episodes in season one.

Others on here are better at keeping up with when shows will come out on DVD than me....but I recorded season one to DVD myself, so I've watched the series a couple of times since it aired.

It had 8, I was hoping for 13 but 10 is an improvement. Maybe it will become a full season series someday.

Sorry to reply late, thanks for the info! :woot:

I caved and bought/downloading Season One through iTunes, so thats what my weekend will be before I get to DareDevil. :hmr:

I did not see the 10 episode announcement. Awesome. :awesome:

So:
- 10 episodes
- 1947
- Angie and Jarvis are coming. :atp:

What's not to love?

I'm so glad Jarvis will be following Peggy to LA. Angie kinda bugged me so I don't care so much if she comes along. Too bad we probably won't see Agents Thompson and Sousa. I liked them.

That might be fun, but who'd you have in mind?

Characters like Yellow Claw, Angel, American Ace, Phineas Horton, Blonde Phantom, Captain Wonder, Citizen V, Destroyer, Dynamic Man, Ferret, Fin, Golden Girl, Mastermind Excello, Sun Girl, etc. There's a lot of Golden Age characters that are just waiting to be used.

It's about damned time the show is shown over here, but why isn't it Channel 4? I've got a horrible feeling we'll not see the boxset for a while yet because of it.

Season 2 for AoS is streaming on Netflix, maybe Agent Carter will pop up there soon as well?

I hope so. My DVR went on the fritz and had to be replaced. Even with On Demand I still can only watch 5 episodes.

I really hope the rumour of most of the cast coming back is true, the cast were a big factor in the first season being so enjoyable.
