I liked that they used a few scenes from Captain America The First Avenger. Glad to see Dominic Cooper return as Howard Stark. I thought the casting was fantastic; James Frain, Shea Whigham from Boardwalk Empire, Andre Royo from The Wire and Kevin Heffernan from Broken Lizard even has a brief cameo. James D'Arcy wasn't too bad as Jarvis. Hayley Atwell looked quite good as a blonde in that dress. Nice reference to Roxxon.

FWIW, even though he isn't on Agent Carter's side, I like the blond agent. He's at least smart and knows what he's doing.

And that killer is a real A-Hole. Showing the dead lady in that last scene with him really hammered it home. Pure collateral damage (as opposed to mistaken identity or anything like that).

This show is so fun. The music, the clothes, the dialogue, the pace, the acting are all top notch. Hayley is killing it and I love human Jarvis so much I'm sorry he's not used in Iron Man even though I adore JARVIS.

I don't think that's correct. I think this is a one time thing to make up for the SOTU.
