Yet the promo makes it look like he has fully confirmed it and she already is in their crosshairs

it's like the promo is for the next episode after the synopsis

it's like the promo is for the next episode after the synopsis

I still don't think it will be Souza to turn her in. He may find her after she's on the run and want the full story. Telling her that he knew but didn't talk may earn him that trust.

At this point, Thompson has more reason to trust Peggy than Souza does. Souza's a nicer guy, but he still does his job and has done nothing but figure out she's the blonde woman that was around when Spider Raymond died for the past couple weeks.
