Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. - 3x08 - "Many Heads, One Tale" - Discussion Thread

First rule of SHIELD - Never doubt Coulson.
Second rule of SHIELD - FitzSimmons are universally cursed.

bobbi with the iron man bracelets! that was sweet!

WHAT? Why does she have them?

they weren't his, but were certainly the same tech. they made her able to throw her batons and call them back, similar to how his suit was called to him in Avengers.

The big question to me isn't what's on the other side and its connections to Hydra. My question is how Malick knows they brought someone back.

What the **** is Hydra worshipping?

ugh! both this and flash (and arrow) are off til December. noo!

Yeah, when they said "December 1," I was like "wait, what?"

Back when season one ended, I thought they were going to try to redeem Ward. It wasn't because I thought it was the best idea, but because I didn't think they had any other viable options for him. He did some terrible things, but he hadn't gone full-blown evil yet. And, in order to do the only other story idea I could think of (becoming a full-fledged Hydra member), he had to cross that line. That was something I didn't think they were willing to do.

Have to say, I'm glad I was wrong.

Interesting!

I feel like I really need to add Secret Warriors to my insanely long list of things to read. A lot of Hydra as an ancient organization seems to spawn from there. A quick glance suggests something in Egyptian times involving the Brood. Unfortunately, the Brood are off limits, but they mentioned an Inhuman. My guess is original creation. The only other guess I can possibly think of is the [BLACKOUT]_________[/BLACKOUT].

OK, just kidding ... the Unspoken. I'd like to save him for an Inhumans movie sequel, though.

Ward is the best part of this show. He makes every scene he is in feel more important. I think it sucks that he is apparently not in Civil War. Heck, I even think the comics should embrace him. If either Coulson or Ward has to die, I hope its Coulson.

Oh...and Bobbi got an upgrade! That kinda makes her feel a bit more like a superhero.
