Someone speculated Mack could become the "Earth Sentry" but I doubt it. The characters seem more isolated from comic book characters. Still, there's something about Skye...

My guesses are that

Mack will be taken care of.
Skye and the Doctor's comic book identities will be hinted of.

Since Agent 33 looks like May, May May go Away.

May's not going away. She's been the most stable character on the show so far, so I believe she's due for a major character shake-up in the second half of the season. No doubt Agent 33 will somehow play into that.

Given the initial reviews, it sounds like they're going to do far more than hint at Skye & her Dad's identities. They've been hinting all season long; it's time for the payoff. I'm still on the fence over whether she's an actual named CB character (most likely options being Daisy or maybe Mantis), or just an original Inhuman character. I can see it going either way.
