I was never interested in this show… until I saw the end of TWS. Should I start watching from the beginning or just dive right in with the new aftermath episode?

Well..Imho the real stride was taken from the episode 10, So you can see the pilot (the presentation of Mike Peterson) and jump to episode 10. From there it's all an hell of a ride.

I would suggest watching from the start to be honest. Eps 2 and 5 are the only really painful ones.

I'm scared to come into any AoS threads anymore because I know you fools are all spoiling yourselves on whats to come and I don't want anything spoiled for me on this show going forward... but I love having discussions on things and by the time I've watched the current episode everyone is already ready with information on what's going to happen in the next episode!

Sometimes the Hype is hard... :(

From the beginning! Some find the first few episodes a bit "slow" but they are planting seeds the whole time so it's worth watching from the start.

Hi! My first post, I have been reading for a few months now. I hope I'm doing this right and don't get heavily redacted. :yay:

My personal speculation from the beginning has been that the Centipede Program is not independent or under Hydra, but either a rouge or sanctioned AIM project. Also, I have always felt from the start that the Clairvoyant was not a person with abilities, but an AI in either robot or program only form. Like many others my best guesses (or hopes) have been for MODOK, an early build version of Ultron, or Dr. Zola in a synthetic body form. Also, I’ve always assumed the RISING TIDE is a patsy group for the Clairvoyant’s purposes of information collection.

After watching WINTER SOLDIER twice on April 5th, I’m totaling sold on my theory, that others might share, that Zola is the “Clairvoyant” and he is using his AI Algorithm that he built for Hydra (which is really going to be proven as the developmental start of Ultron) to assist those nut-jobs at the AIM Centipede Program with building super-soldiers (the combined Extremis and Deathlok tech) that they think they can profit from or use for their own world domination purposes. I believe that Zola’s end game is assisting the Red Skull’s ultimate ends of having a super-soldier army for his return. The Skull was always scheming towards that end in the comics.

Did anyone else that’s seen CA:TWS, see the word “ULTRON” on the SHIELD communications satellite controlling the special Hydra Hellicarriers? Or am I just completely crazy? Or seeing things that aren’t there?

I wonder if the Clairvoyant is

not a person but a program, which is really Project Insight. The whole idea of clairvoyants is that they have a special insight into the future, and Project Insight is extrapolating, based on Zola's algorithm, what will happen in the future and predicting who will be threats. So really anyone with the right clearance level who uses the program can be the Clairvoyant, since they would have the ability to "see into the future" via those means. So even if one user (ie one "Clairvoyant") dies or is defeated, another can easily take his or her place.

Making the security scanner from the Helicarrier for my Avengers display case. Here it is so far

Welcome aboard Jasyn!
Yes most of us think the same thing. I don't think the Tide is involved or being used tho

ABC to Air Back-to-Back Episodes of 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Tuesday April 15

(I'm putting blackout tags on the synopsis for "Providence" just as a precaution)
From 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET, an encore presentation of the previous week’s episode, “Turn, Turn, Turn,” airs, in which Coulson and his team find themselves without anyone they can trust, only to discover that they are trapped with a traitor in their midst.

From 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET, the story continues with a new episode, “Providence,” which finds[BLACKOUT] Colonel Glenn Talbot on the trail of Coulson and his team, who seek refuge in the last place anyone would look, where they begin to uncover S.H.I.E.L.D.'S most dangerous secrets -- secrets that could destroy them all.[/BLACKOUT] Bill Paxton guest stars as Agent Garrett, Patton Oswalt as Koenig and Adrian Pasdar (“Heroes”) as Col. Talbot.

Testing for a possible move to 9pm next season?

Although with that decision i'll probably be watching it at 10pm as Supernatural has a new episode that night.

so two episodes this week?
ah, my body is not ready..

Not this week, the next, and one is the reair of the episode of tomorrow evening
