Ok so I was at the NYC premiere and I'll give my brief thoughts:
it was honestly ok. I enjoyed it but not as much as I had hoped.
I still think it's worth seeing, but I think my hopes were too high. I was also on the red carpet and met the whole cast and had a great time, so maybe I was just riding too high on the moment?
my issue with it is that the first 45 minutes/hour or so seemed sloppy to me. In general the plot was kind of meh. I actually found my mind wandering because the plot didn't engage me. They redeemed it a bit in the second half, but at that point I was already a bit underwhelmed.
the action sequences were very cool and made up for the plot a bit
there's some dream sequences that seemed really out of place
Wonder Woman stole the show in our audience
I was disappointed that Aquaman/Cyborg/The Flash had about one minute total of screen time

Not negative so much as average/above average. I'd give it a 7/10. And for reference, TDK is my favorite and is an 11/10 in my book. I don't have a preference between Marvel or DC, but if I had to pick a favorite superhero, it would be Batman. Not what you asked, but considering I didn't give it a glowing review and Batman is my favorite, that should tell you something.

Yeah. I may not have my thoughts posted here straight away though. I'm flying out of town on the Thursday, and landing on the Friday. Seeing the movie that night. And I've just got my iPad, so I won't be able to get stuck into writing like with a laptop.

It's all subjective. The guy's main complain is that the plot didn't grab him and he still gave it a 7/10. For someone else who is completely into the plot that would make it a completely different and much better experience. Hell you can feel completely different about certain movies on different days watching it.

I LOVED The Dark Knight Rises. I recognize it's flaws but I loved so much about that movie and one of my favorite things was Bane. If someone else went into that movie and right off the bat hated what they were doing with Bane, that's going to make that experience completely different for them. Whenever Bane was on screen I was psyched but for some else who didn't like him, all those scenes that I loved would be groans for them. Just comes down to personal taste.

I love all of the dialogue I've seen from this film. It's as clever and organic as the dialogue in the Nolan trilogy, and that's a definite plus for me.

That review came out after the NY premiere but we have no way of knowing yet if it is official. Also a few other reviews said that the film is better than TDK. The Dark Knight wasn't just any film. That's a given. Most people generally loved that movie so that's my point and so many agree that The Dark Knight is the great comic book film of all time. Unlike most films as of now, there reviews are usually mixed. The Dark Knight's reviews however were generally highly positive unlike any other film's reception which is rare.

If BvS is good enough, I'll take it, even if it isn't one of the great comic book films of all time. I didn't say anything about people's opinions being correct or incorrect or true or false. Don't twist my words. We don't know if any of those reviews are real or fake or if they are just trolling.
