To anyone unfamiliar with Mad Max... Do yourself a favor and get Mad Max 2. No joke it's one of the best movies of all time. I first watched it less than a year ago, but everything about the movie is totally classic. It's easily one of the best movies of all time IMO I wish I had seen it sooner.

I still haven't seen the new mad max footage I'm sure it is awesome. But mad max didn't win comic con. There was some chart someone put together saying that BVS won the con as far as movies go and that Game of Thrones won the tv side

In terms of bragging rights, WB had the edge IMO.



In the end, I was satisfied with what I got from WB, Legendary, Paramount, Marvel/Disney.

There for a while I was spending $20 a week on comics, but this past year I really slowed down, I've been trying to save money and buying comics isn't practical right now. I plan on reading that, and the GL, JL, WW and Batman comics I've missed at some point.

I'm dying to read Zero Year and the rest of Azzarellos Wonder Woman run, I only got to issue 12 or so. The most recent comics I've read were Death of the Family. Snyder and Capullo are the ****. Two of the best talents to work on Batman in a long time

Zero Year is so ****ing good. So ****ing good. I like and respect Year One but Zero Year feels like Earth One/TDKT/Kane & Finger/Batman 89/Year One/BTAS all in one.

No love for the first film?

I'd like to see this chart, i guess it depends on what constitutes as "winning" most positive reactions? most excitement gained? All I know is that tons and tons of people are raving over the new Max trailer.

Also wouldn't the Avengers panel be the winners by default of them actually having some real footage? or does the mere sight of Batman and Superman even for a few seconds really set the world alight (like it does with me)

I know some people get peeved whilst discussing DC and Marvel but at Comic con I feel it's acceptable. Most of the time it's just fanboys ****** on the other property but with this both studios are clearly fighting against eachother so it should be discussed.

Anyway WB won. The official SDCC stat is all you need to see.

The first arc of Zero Year I loved, the Red Hood gang stuff.


I thought the Riddler portion was only okay.

But yeah, I love Snyder and Capullo.

The new 52 gets alot of smack, but it seriously is pumping out some great work.

Batman, Detective Comics (Latest Run), Flash, Aquaman,Green Arrow (Lemrie Run), Justice League is coming on strong.

I love the new 52 and I'm not ashamed to throw oodles of cash at it every month.

I need to read Azz's Wonder Woman run to. Ugh. So much to read, so little time.

Back on the topic of armoured batsuits, recently on the latest Batman and Robin, Bruce revealed an armour that was actually crafted by all the members of the JL for him, in order to protect him and allow him to pretty much brave the same situations as they do. I like that idea, creating an ultimate suit with the help and skills of every JL member.

Action Comics was good. Skipping the whole Superdoom thing. Like Johns Superman.

I LOVED the last issue of Batman and Robin.

Batman basically say "yeah I'm crazy, you guys are right, I shouldn't go to Apokolips"

Then the next panel, he's all "nevermind, I'm right, I'm going and taking the Bat family with me"

I thought the whole Robin Rising thing would be a cash in but I've really enjoyed the two parts so far.
