Nice interview. I'd like to see an actual video of that.

But Gal's weapon of choice used to be her sword before. Now she seems to have changed to the lasso of truth.

When it came to the question about WW's sexuality, she should've reminded them of scenes like this:

Diane Nelson on Wonder Woman

http://variety.com/2016/film/news/wonder-woman-patty-jenkins-batman-v-superman-1201886920/

She praises Jenkins and promises a more optomistic movie

“Patty brought a beauty and a sense of lightness or humor, and a little romance to it,” said Nelson. “It’s a very aspirational movie.”

Some of that tone has to do with Wonder Woman’s approach to fighting.

But will have serious moments

Wonder Woman” finds the hero in the midst of World War I, and even though the overall tone is optimistic, the filmmakers stress that there are serious moments, as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if Captain America: The First Avenger was any bit of inspiration for the tone of the film, given that both deals with heroes soon to be out of time. Well, Diana wasn't frozen in ice, though.

So apparently WW is already test screening

This news is kind of terrifying, hope there are no cuts.

Have they got the same "Test audience" as they got for Suicide Squad ? :o

Why can't they outsource the test screening?

See --that's typical WB kneejerk reaction. I mean not only it is really, really, early for a test screening but also its seem as if the F\X effects are unfinished/raw. They should have trust the confidence of the director Jenkins' competence in delivering a good Wonder Woman and do the test a bit later next year with most elements of the film completed.

Hopefully this is all but one instance if this ends up being the case, since it's the only person talking about it, as far as I can tell.

On a side-note, I know a cousin who is friends with a janitor that specifically cleans the writing rooms at Warner Bros and he picked up remnants of old drafts from a waste basket. According to him, the script for this film was mind-bending.

Do you even know what you're talking about? The award winning 'Gravity' from WB, tested 7 months before release with dodgy vfx. And it was Alfonso Cuaron as the director, no less.

Early test screening as it implied being used an experiment --testing audience's reactions and getting some feedback. This will led to the film being different by 2nd June 2017. In some case, radically different. Even with Gravity & Cuaron, WB lacked confidence in their products and film-makers.

WB is still in kneejerking moment after the critical panning of BvS & SS --see the latest from the WB/DC president who keep on insisting that their DC product Wonder Woman will be different from other companies' product etc.

The way I see it, they want to fix problems as soon a possible. Avoid another panned film.

If they want to avoid another panned film, they should stop messing around with the director's work. Stay away from the editing room.

Not really, a bunch of movies are tested every year and the majority don't change that much. Also there wasn't a screen-test for BvS, only SS which wasn't drastically different from the final cut. Things like the cut Joker scenes weren't in the test audience version according to the person i gave the test screening pass to. People fail to realize that Ayer's script was weak from the beginning

Spot on. It's not WB. It's the directors. I mean, put all the Joker you want back into the movie - it will still be a cheesy mess. Nothing can salvage it.

I should have worded it better --it may resulted in a different film. But yeah, they test a bunch of movie every year --it tend to be studio (and also the production crews) lacking of confidence in the products, testing different demographic and some questionable materials. In most cases it will not tell you much on how the film with fare in an actual theatrical run. They tested a heck with Scott's Alien --they had some problems with the sound and in some cases there were physical reactions (vomiting) to some scenes like the chest-buster --things like that gave the exec pause on whether to cut some stuffs out. lol

Some rather beautiful statues for the movie:

Nobody is talking about the International trailer? I thought it was pretty dope

The color grading is different. Comic con trailer is on the left and the recent international trailer is on the right.

That was posted on twitter and proved to me that I wasn't crazy when I thought the color of the footage looked a little brighter.

finally they changed it. a green tinted movie doesnt look appealing outside of matrix movies. the new colors are better.
