#wonderwoman has a lot of humor, heart, and stand-out action scenes. It has actual rousing moments. And imagery that means something.

Chris Pine is an excellent Steve Trevor, Robin Wright surprises and leaves you wanting more, and Gal Gadot is perfectly cast.

Well, most of it is good, but I don't think the central little figure in the front should be Hippolyta. It should be Wonder Woman. She needs to be down there as well as a big head shot of her in the background. Putting WW in the back almost feels like the "and" credit in a cast where it's an important character but not the lead.

that and the general guy is a bit too small. That being said, as far as fan-made stuff goes, this is probably one of the best ones I've seen

And just bought my ticket for a showing next Friday. It's rare that I buy tickets in advance versus just getting it at the box office the day of, but didn't want to take any chances that showings may end up sold out.

I don't think they'll be sold out this quick. I'd say around late Wednesday is when you have to worry about them buying preorders.

Ugh my body is ready to see this movie! 7 days seems like FOREVER.

The Mexican premiere looks so much slicker & impressive than the L.A. one.

Yup. Joined the stream and already liking what I'm seeing. Having the kids there to stand with Gal was a nice touch.

Right there with ya. This month seems to have sped by for me...until now. This week is crawling.

And yeah, that Mexico premiere looks pretty impressive. Foreign premieres of Hollywood films often seem like much bigger productions to me. I think LA's just blasé about these things compared to other markets because they pretty much put them on every week.

First I've heard about a new logo intro. What did you read about it?

No details about it actually. Don't want to know either before the movie, but I've read twice about it saying it's great and I quote "a fist bump moment for DC fans". I even saw a meme saying it IS really cool and it's really got me hyped as hell XD

Better than you know who's logo vanity plate?

Cool, man. I live in Memphis & I didn't even know about any screenings. I had a female friend that posted on FB that she went to one & she stays in Southaven. I wouldn't been able to go anyway, because I work nights Monday through Friday. I'm going Saturday night with the wife to Malco Paradiso or Olive Branch & probably again Sunday afternoon as well by myself. I'm sure folks know Walmart has that Fandango Movie Money with certain DC movies. I grabbed the new DC Superhero Girls movie Intergalactic Games for my little girl & got an $8 off code for WW. I'm headed back to Walmart today to get the Commemorative Edition of the animated movie too (and another $8 off code).....

That's cool. Yeah, the showing was at the Malco Paradiso. What surprised me most was how small the room for the showing was. I guess I'm just used to the Big D screens.

You know, it’s not like a long journey didn’t happen but what amazes me is how little has actually changed from the first cut other than tightening. Little changes to the final battle, that was really it. I think that what I ended up finding about the final battle was I was hitting emotional points for Diana that I really wanted to hit but I felt a craving for some other kinds of emotional gratification and engagement that we tried to accentuate even more. I think what you learn is rhythm, tone, humor where the jokes are happening but in our case, I just now can finally say all this. We didn’t cut one scene in this movie nor did we change the order of one scene in this movie from the script that we went in shooting with.”

This implied that almost all of their filmed scenes ended up in the final product and that there were very little extra footages, hence the lack of deleted scenes.
