Yeah, I mean they don't even have deleted scenes since the production was so smooth.

But that means we have less additional material to look forward in the home release!

More the hero aspect than superhero. It doesn't question why someone wants to do the right thing.
I think in these kinds of stories, it is more about What is the right thing or how to do the right thing.

It's the only con : D This is the first DCEU film I would have actually wanted an extended cut.

Thats true. I hope fanboys dont make a big deal out of it, he doesnt seem like a guy who watches cbm. I LOL'd at his reasoning though, he thinks Infinity War is about wars that goes on for infinite amount of time. Imagine if movies had to be literally what the titles say. Star Wars would be about stars battling each other. Movies like "Snakes on a plane" would be pretty accurate tho :funny:

Anyway, anyone see it in 3D yet...I have to go 2hrs away to find a 2D showing and I was wondering if its worth it?

I'm too late, but at least here the 3D wasn't really special. I can't remember ever seeing impressive 3D here tbh, our's is pretty sucky compared to what I've seen at other countries.

Hey guys. Wonder Woman is gonna open up with a new DC Movie Intro. IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE INTRO TO JUSTICE LEAGUE ANIMATED!

LOVED the new intro. It hypes up all the possibilities with this franchise.

Saw WW yesterday... I was really impressed with this movie. From the very opening it drew me in and took me on a ride which I haven't had in quite a while in the movies. It was heartfelt, funny, genuinely exciting and the character chemistry clicked.

I had such a good time with this that I almost don't want to acknowledge the negatives, but luckily they're minor gripes: There was a bit too much slow motion in fight scenes and also
It was pretty hammy when Ares yelled "then I will destroy youuuuu!",
not even the line itself but it was just over acted

the movie still hit the ball out of the park as far as I'm concerned. It's so odd that we went from BvS and Suicide Squad to something this great, almost feels like those happened in a different universe than this one. More of this DC, more of this...

Can I ask why people are crying about it? Was it legit sad or was it just emotional to see Wonder Woman on the big screen?

From what i was told from a friend, there's at least 3 or 4 scenes that could be a tearjerker.

This was always one of the better WW fights from the DCAU to me, though they kinda nerfed her as I think Mongul doesn't outrank her strength wise.

2. A jet of any kind, invisible or not, is a high tech piece of gear. Its more than a little bizarre having this show up from a non-technological society. Now, sometimes Themiscyra has plenty of technology. . . but most versions lean more heavily towards Greek myth and magic. If Themiscyra is a non-technological island where everything is handled via bronze age tech, innate superpowers, and magic? Your not going to have
an invisible jet coming from there.

Or basically, the issue isn't the plausibility of a jet turning invisible. The issue is the plausibility of how the amazons ended up with one, and whether it fits with their style.

Ok, so why are you assuming that the jet has to come from the Amazons in the story?

Either they are revealed to be sufficiently technologically advanced to have developed such a thing, she gets it from a non Amazon-source (man's world, likely the US government), or even possibly a God character like Hephaestus intervenes and provides the jet to her.

There are all kinds of scenarios that could account for the invisible jet.

Like any comic book element, this pretty much just requires a little bit of imagination.

I don't know if it's because it officially opens tomorrow but my theatre has advanced screening today in their smallest theatre while Baywatch still shows in their bigger screening room.

Originally, Mongul outclassed even Superman.

Just got back from seeing it. Will post my review later.

But for anyone wondering whether to watch in 3D or 2D, I say go for 2D. I don't know if it was my cinema screen, but some parts of it were rather hard to see and I was even watching it just in 2D. Sometimes I wondered if my eyesight was failing. Just imagine how much darker it would've been in 3D.

Heading to the theater now! My last message before I get home tonight with my reaction! So excited

There were too many damn people going to the toilet throughout the movie and obscuring the scenes. Were they taking the piss? :argh:

People should not drink so much during the movie. They certainly shouldn't keep eating salty popcorn, because that makes them want to drink more. And they should also take a dump before the movie even starts, because that will probably press against their bladder and make them want to go even more. Nearly every few minutes people were getting up in front of me, which meant the whole row would have to get up. :cmad:

At least no-one in my row needed the toilet.

Also wear enough clothing in an air-conditioned theatre. Feeling cold just makes you want to go more, whereas if you have something to cover with, that prevents the urge to want to pee.

I'm being overloaded with work and I can't see this tonight. Really, really bummed.

Ohhh, my theater will have shows for the special engagement in 70mm.

The scene that got me (the only one I havent spoiled in the spoiler thread I like it so much) was just a gut punch. Patty played with our emotions well :)
