"Sorry kid, you've just been drafted."
I could see a fight where they try to get him to sign.
Yeah, Tom confirmed that Spidey is the only one in the movies who has a secret identitiy, which is why I think him being on Cap's side makes more sense as opposed to him being team Stark like that Eh Maybe rumor claimed a few months ago.I'm not sure Spider-Man would sign if only because that'd drastically alter the status quo of the Spider-Man movie they're trying to make. He'd probably have to reveal his identity to sign.

So is he casually pretending he has not filmed any scenes, or we gonna be all tricked and Spidey isn't actually in CW.
No, its to control the AvengersIsn't the whole point of the accords to recruit random vigilantes.
Possible.
Then I'm not sure how Spidey even shows up.. Maybe he appears when Cap/Iron Man go to New YorkNo, its to control the Avengers
No, it's not possible in any way. Disney added Holland to the casting bill themselves, that's all the confirmation we need let alone all of the other evidence.Possible.
Variety said he screentested with some of the Civil War actors and that he filmed for a week.

Marvels Captain America: Civil War opens in the U.S. on May 6, 2016.
Didn't Disney also add him to the cast list?
I remember seeing that somewhere
Find it funny how Holland's name is listed with the main cast.Agree!
That was the casting bill:
And the order is similar as in the credits, only Holland is taken out

his name will probably be added once he's teased in a trailerhis name will probably be added once he's teased in a trailer
ThisYes, hope so.
But again, prodably this will be in the 3rd full trailer, sometime in March.
Spider-Man isn't in the trailer not because he's barely in it but because the focus of this trailer didn't require him, just as it didn't require Vision or Ant-Man or more than a couple seconds of Scarlet Witch or Hawkeye.
Holland filmed around 2-3 weeks, about the same as Olsen and Bettany and more than Rudd and Grillo. His role will be small but not minuscule. Otherwise they would not have cast Marisa Tomei as Aunt May - who is also not listed in the credits. Neither is Martin Freeman listed.
The credits on the last AOU trailer were more complete than the first - including Atwell, Mackie and Elba. Linda Cartenelli still wasn't listed yet her role was larger than all of theirs. Credits are largely contractual and don't necessarily correlate with screen time.
There were also reports of stuntmen shooting Spidey scenes for weeks before Tom Holland was even cast.

I am skeptical of that bit though just because I don't remember anyone than Eh Maybe claiming that was the case.
