"Sorry kid, you've just been drafted."

I could see a fight where they try to get him to sign.

If he gets tracked down and/or called to come in and sign it will literally be 'sign the accords or go to jail your choice'

And dude's a 15 year old kid it isn't much choice for him.

Personally I don't think there will be a fight initially over who signs, from the Ant-man post credit scene, it appears as if Team Cap has rejected the accords but Tony has accepted them, yet Cap still considers calling Tony.

I'm not sure Spider-Man would sign if only because that'd drastically alter the status quo of the Spider-Man movie they're trying to make. He'd probably have to reveal his identity to sign.

Yeah, Tom confirmed that Spidey is the only one in the movies who has a secret identitiy, which is why I think him being on Cap's side makes more sense as opposed to him being team Stark like that Eh Maybe rumor claimed a few months ago.

But maybe you don't have to reveal your identity when you sign the accords.

I'd be shocked if he seriously has a huge part in the conflict between Iron Man and Cap. I don't think Iron Man's side is desperate enough that they need to recruit some random vigilante they've never met before to help them catch Cap.

He may be more of the man on the street viewpoint.

Isn't the whole point of the accords to recruit random vigilantes.

^ He actually filmed two more weeks in Germany
No, its to control the Avengers
Then I'm not sure how Spidey even shows up.. Maybe he appears when Cap/Iron Man go to New York
Possible.
No, it's not possible in any way. Disney added Holland to the casting bill themselves, that's all the confirmation we need let alone all of the other evidence.

I'd imagine Spidey gets caught in the crossfire somehow by accident, perhaps trying to help civillians

Variety said he screentested with some of the Civil War actors and that he filmed for a week.

Didn't Disney also add him to the cast list?

I remember seeing that somewhere

Agree!
That was the casting bill:

The movie stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Frank Grillo, Tom Holland, with William Hurt and Daniel Brühl. Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” is directed by Anthony & Joe Russo and produced by Kevin Feige. Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso, Patricia Whitcher, Nate Moore and Stan Lee serve as executive producers and the screenplay is by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely. Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” opens in the U.S. on May 6, 2016.

And the order is similar as in the credits, only Holland is taken out

Find it funny how Holland's name is listed with the main cast. :) his name will probably be added once he's teased in a trailer

You guys are forgetting that 4 of the already listed names didn't appear in the teaser at all, and two were there VERY briefly (Renner and Grillo. Former was seen in the group running shot and the latter was seen for about a second in the background in one shot; go to the Crossbones thread to find it)

It is not about who is in the trailer and who isn't. Everyone needs to just accept it already, Peter's role in the movie will be minuscule at best...

Spider-Man isn't in the trailer not because he's barely in it but because the focus of this trailer didn't require him, just as it didn't require Vision or Ant-Man or more than a couple seconds of Scarlet Witch or Hawkeye.

Holland filmed around 2-3 weeks, about the same as Olsen and Bettany and more than Rudd and Grillo. His role will be small but not minuscule. Otherwise they would not have cast Marisa Tomei as Aunt May - who is also not listed in the credits. Neither is Martin Freeman listed.

The credits on the last AOU trailer were more complete than the first - including Atwell, Mackie and Elba. Linda Cartenelli still wasn't listed yet her role was larger than all of theirs. Credits are largely contractual and don't necessarily correlate with screen time.

Its a Cap film, not an Avengers film. People need to remember that.

There were also reports of stuntmen shooting Spidey scenes for weeks before Tom Holland was even cast.

I am skeptical of that bit though just because I don't remember anyone than Eh Maybe claiming that was the case.

Well it says Enhanced Individuals, it's much more than just the Avengers otherwise what's the point. Tony isn't even an Avenger anymore yet he has to accept the accords.
