But as much as I agree, the problem isn't Felicity any more than it was Laurel last year. It's the CW writers requiring a female love interest to be mopey/whiney and deliver monologues.

You remove Felicity and Laurel steps up to do it. Or Thea.

It's the same reason Iris gets hates on the Flash, yet if they put Barry with Caitlin, everyone would hate her instead.

There must always be... a Felicity. Thats the trade off for having these shows on the CW.

It happened to Laurel in the past seasons and now they're killing the Felicity charater with it.

Cool to see Katana, but it's a shame that they gave her that godawful New 52 costume. I've never liked it. Still, good to see her doing something. They have a badass character like Katana, and a great choice of actress to play her (Rila Fukushima was awesome in the last Wolverine movie), and yet they decide to focus on her husband, WTF!!

They cannot do it on Flash either. On the one hand, there's Caitlin Snow, who I love. On the other hand, there's Iris West, ugh.

Love this shot. What is up though with them having Laurel without wig/mask so often? Choose one (preferably sans wig with mask).

You know what? All the bad I've heard about this season, it was worth it for just this shot. If Oliver and Roy were in this thing it would be the absolutely best thing to ever come out of the show. Even without them it's so epic. You've got four different kinds of fighters–blunt force (Laurel), precision (Merlyn), cutting edge (Katana), and heavy (Diggle) all in one shot, and all with different, and diverse, weapons. Plus the lighting and camera work...it's just too cool. Can't wait to see this scene in-context of the episode. t:

Iris had flashes (no pun intended lol) of greatness at last week's episode when (surprise, surprise) she was doing stuff on her own like when she was studing the surveillance tapes of "Eddie" shooting the cop. These women are great when they are not moping around and their world doesn't revolve around the male lead and their ~epic~ love story.

It'd be even better if Nyssa and Huntress (preferably a less psycho cop-killing Huntress) were also there. Oh and I wonder if Thea will finally go full-on Speedy now?

I'd say yes to Nyssa (Nyssa will always be a YES to me _ but hell no to the Huntress. I *****ing hate the Arrow's take on her and it doesn't help too that the actress playing her can't act even if her life depended on it.

I hope they dedicate the most of the flashbacks at next week's ep to Katana. I'd love to see how she came to that point.

I agree with you in everything you said. well almost everything I don't think the actress was at fault. she acted as she was told . & fallowed the script. All of them do really well when the scipts is really well written . but when it bad.... oy

but of late I'm more willing to give huntress another chance but it depends on how she's written. it's all in the execution. the problems always been the writers more so the it'll ever be the actors/ actress's .

I'm not sure with these writers. but I'll give it a chance.

Laurel's wig as Canary makes her whole costume look very cheesy. As noted in the above gif, she looks better without it. They should really consider finding another way to conceal her identity.

I'm guessing that when Dinah Laurel, Ray Palmer, Katana, Diggle, Felicity, and Malcolm Merlyn go to NP, Katana takes on Maseo first before they take on the rest of the League of Assassins where they get captured. I wonder if Ray is the one who screws up and causes them to be captured.

Honestly I hope they don't try to sexualise Laurel's costume or anything like that. Maybe give her a sleeveless version for when it's hot and that version when it's cold.
