Great season premiere that felt like a new show and whatever was left of the old Arrow is gone. Glad he called himself Green Arrow and Damien Dahrk making an impact. Seeing Captain Lance making a secret arrangement with Dahrk reminds me of Major's crisis back in iZombie. Something tells me that either Diggle or Captain Lance will be the ones killed.

if death later in season is felcity a large part of arrow fanbase will be pissed.

However Thea is also a possibilty.

By the end of the episode, I was thinking to myself that THIS is how they should have introduced Ra's last season with some kind of BANG.

I love the way they introduced Dahrk and set him up as a major threat for the city.

Overall it was a good episode. My biggest qualms with it is that things moved WAY to fast. We had DD making his entrance cut to Olicity cut to Team Digg holding off the ghosts again cut to Laurel/Thea showing crashing Olivers proposal to Felicity cut to Olicity coming back to Star City. All of this happening in the same day it seemed.

I enjoyed everyone tonight. Olicity was disgustingly cute, seeing happy Oliver is weird as hell. Laurel/Thea/Digg worked great together, shame we only got 1 scene of them as a 3some.

Black Canary was kicking ass with those tonfas!

Speedy was just pure fun

Diggle with his new toys was cool though the girls took home the award with best action for me tonight. Loved the revelation that Laurel/Thea are roommates! Hopefully we get to see them in a casual setting.

I did find it weird that Black Canary and Speedy don't have voice modulators.

Really enjoyed seeing Diggles little home life scene and of course Lyla is the more even headed of the two. But I am enjoying Diggle/Oliver being at odds, it made Diggle saving Green Arrow so much sweeter to me. Which I liked that they let Green Arrow not be an instant badass against DD and needing help.

Totally laughed when Oliver went into leader mode and dished out orders and everyone just staring at him. Yes they asked him for help, I think they would've been receptive to what he was saying if they felt like he wasn't trying to be boss. Everyone is on mutual ground now and they aren't willing to go backwards.

Oh and Felicity secretly working with Team Digg was great, though they totally missed out on a great opportunity at showing us these scenes where Felicity had to fake something to go help them out.

The flashbacks should've been left out as they didn't do anything imo and they needed as much time in the present as they could get.

Those 2 cliff hangers with Q working with DD was mindblowing, I thought he would be but my reason for it seems like it will be different then what they are doing.

Don't even try to play us Thea or Felicity dying in that flashfoward, just don't waste our time cause this show has exhausted fake deaths.

This episode bored me up until that six month flashforward. It piqued my interest slightly but I know they don't have the balls to kill off Felicity....

Loved the Green Lantern reference. Now I'm almost positive that there's no way he won't eventually show up on either Flash or Arrow (or even LoT).

Also, it's probably deliberately misleading, but right now, I think Felicity will be the one to die.

Actually, I know nothing about him. I think I vaguely heard of him before he was mentioned last season (although maybe I'm confusing him with Damian Wayne). I guess what I meant is that they're not afraid to have the supernatural with Dahrk. Poor choice of words on my part.

He was in the bar that Oliver and Waller were in.

Thanks.

That was a great episode. Dahrk is a great addition. I hate to say this because I love the character but I hope it's [blackout]Felicity. [/blackout]

I know nothing of Damian Dark, so I searched and it sent me to a Dc site where they said he was a genius who used all kinds of tech stuff.....and then he starts blood sacrifices to something and you say he's not afraid of the supernatural.

So.....what is the story on the guy?

Only thing related to his comic counterpart is his name and working for HIVE. He has mostly been reworked.

It was a great episode for me and Thea was extremely fun " I told you guys call me Red Arrow" lol. Then bullets are flying at her while she's riding her bike and she goes wow"This is so cool" lol. Through most of the episode I was just smiling because it was fun then boom Damien Darhk sucks the life out of a guy,

So MG and co. write this 6month cliff hanger and they haven't even decided who they are killing off yet? WHAT!

This was a great episode. I can't thing of even one major problem I had with it. Please, for the love of God, let this episode be indicative of the quality of the entire season.

So THAT is the reason they were secretive about the flashbacks.

Say what you wanna say about Felicity (I like the character BTW).... TPTB know that if it's her at the end... They'll have lost a big, and very vocal, portion of the fanbase. Just look at what happened to the Stargate Franchise when they killed of Dr Beckett, that decision started the drive (IMHO) directly to the failure of SGU and the end of the universe created.

The more likely option is that it'll be Lance or Diggle, the former will die saving Oliver... The latter killed because of Oliver (IMHO).... Hence Oliver's reaction. I think Barry being there is a red herring TBH. He's there for Oliver, not for the person in the grave.

The rest of the episode was.... Good. Darhk is what Ra's should have been IMHO (saying that a lot ATM). Lance is a ****ing bastard... And Thea is.... Both funny and a little scary with her control issue.

Vocal yes, but that does not mean big. If it did Flash, Arrow and Agents of Shield would all be top 10 rated programs. Those often have been in the top 5 trending searches on social media but it has not translated into big ratings.

I'm confused by the ending...who's tomb was that? Sara Lance's? QUESTION: 6 months later? So that's now? I thought the opening was picking up 5 months later so I'm confused. Oliver came returned as Green Arrow, but by next episode, will that mean he will have been fighting crime as the Green Arrow for 6 months? In other words, next episode will be a 6 month time jump after Oliver just became Green Arrow?

I enjoyed the premiere. Pretty pleased. Albeit, I admit I found the part where Black Canary saves the kid was a bit cheesy and out of place. It would not have been out of place I think however, it's just that it was over-the-top.

I think the new GA suit looks great, however, it looks somewhat off. I'm not used to seeing Oliver's arms with open space now, whereas before, his arms were completely covered. Maybe they should get rid of the shoulder pads, and it might look better. He looks slightly awkward in the new suit.

While I kind of like the twist to the fake death of the Arrow, and the entrance of the Green Arrow, consequently it degrades the character and the series to a degree because everyone thinks this Green Arrow is someone else and was not formerly the Arrow.

When watching the show and seeing how he was first just called The Hood, or the vigilante, and then called, the Arrow, I was hoping that would evolve into what everyone would call him later...the Green Arrow, but no, Arrow and Green Arrow are two different people, that's what Star City thinks. I'm kind of let down by that. I was think and hoping another brainwash would resolve that from letting everyone think that Roy Conner was the Arrow.

So in the last scene with Barry...and I'm confused about the time lap. How long has it been exactly since Oliver and Felicity have been living away from Starling City when the episode started? And what tomb was Oliver and Barry visiting? Ray Palmer? Firestorm? Sara Lance?

Or wait...is this a flash-forward? Oh man...I hope I didn't just figure it out.

I think it'll be Thea who's killed off. Everyone else is either off limits or wouldn't inspire such a strong reaction from Oliver.

I love the character of Felicity and support the Olicity relationship (as well as the Lauriver relationship), but it's complete hyperbole to suggest that killing off the character would cause a backlash big enough to ruin the series.

Gu3ree: You saw the scene where Oliver and Felicity were getting all sexy in what used to be Oliver and Thea's apartment, right? The very next scene at the graveside happened 6 months after that scene.

Okay, I understand now, and just realized it was a flash-forward.

Lance seems very unlikely. He's an a**hole.

I wouldn't see it happening to Diggle.

Has Felicity died in comics before?

It just occured to me, and sigh, that's the way they want to go? They're happy and...well Dinah and Oliver are supposed to be together by the end, I don't know. If Dinah Lance gets a new love interest this season, then that would be obvious that Felicity gets killed off.

Not big in general, just a sizeable portion of the fanbase itself. When I see Arrow mentioned online (outside of immediate aftermath of episodes) it's generally 'Olicity' fans.

Had another thought on who that was at the end....

Roy Harper. He's a fan favourite, TPTB have stated they'll definitely move past Roy this season (in terms of Thea, but they could mean generally) and Colton has hinted at him making an appearance...

Think about it. Things have gotten so horrific in Star City that Roy comes back to help the team, consequences be damned kinda thing.... Oliver eventually lets him re-join, but he's killed in a battle. Barry's there either because he's supporting Oliver, or (Seeing as Gustin or Colton (i forget who)posted a photo of the two of them in costume on Instagram) they've struck up a friendship of their own.... Or Roy dies saving Barry in a mission Oliver messed up.

The action was really nice tonight; little things like Speedy hoping into the truck, the truck losing it's wheels, Green Arrows' leap into the train door/pushing that bad guy out of it, and the plane jump.

I wish they didn't do what they did to finally make him the GA but it is what it is.

I also hope Felicity is 6 feet deep.

Speedy isn't supposed to die in the comics...but technically since Oliver was supposed to be an orphan in the comics, they killed Oliver's mother off...Thea isn't actually supposed to be Speedy and Oliver never had a sister in the comics, and his sidekick, Speedy was never his sister.

I'd think this series would not kill off Speedy but they can anyways. Killing off main comic book characters in movie adaptations has been a tradition since freaking X-Men: The Last Stand.

Not to mention most recently, Quicksilver...sucxx.

I hope it wouldn't be Malcolm Merlyn who kills Thea.

So ideally if they were to kill off Thea, then all Oliver gets is a replacement for Speedy.

I can't take it. It's just too much. I don't think I could handle it. At least not Thea. Felicity should just leave. It's better than dying.

No, that won't happen. But look they're happy together. Oliver is going to regret returning after this...I don't know about this. Looks like it's bound to happen. Always has to be the worst way.
