Strong start to the season. Much better than Flash but slightly worse than Shield.
Not sure the final scene at th egrave was needed but i do not mind it.
Looking forward to the rest of the season.

I have to think the dead person is Thea. Since if Felicity died..You know Oliver would have taken her to the Lazarus Pits to bring her back. Her death would allow some kind of
"You can't come back from the dead twice" rule with the pit.

They said they were going to deal with the issue of the Lazarus Pit during the season so dead means dead.

Not bad, Damien Darhk is already better than Ra's Al Ghul IMO, Neal McDonough is just a better actor, he has more presence and is more believable as a villain than Matt Nable.

Some people really think these producers are going to kill Felicity off? Really? Do they have the balls to do it? I'm very sceptical. Other more probable options:

- Thea, but then no Speedy. :csad:

- Diggle, although he has his storyline with HIVE, finding out who killed his brother... they would have to close Diggle's arc before he's killed.

- Quentin Lance, he's already in danger for working with Darhk, but he's Arrow's Commissioner Gordon, it could go either way though.

- Roy Harper, they are capable of bringing him back just to kill him off for shock value.

- Lyla, it would destroy Diggle more than Oliver, but if it is true the producers don't know yet who's going to die, she would be an easy option for them.

Sadly, dead is dead. “It’s not a fake-out,” Guggenheim says of whomever is in that grave — though it sounds like the identity of said person is still up in the air. “We don’t necessarily know who it is right now,” Mericle says. “We’re still figuring the plan out for the season, but we wanted to have resonance. If it doesn’t mean something to the characters, it won’t mean anything to the audience either.” Despite viewers knowing that the Lazarus Pits will be used to bring Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) back to life at some point this season, Mericle says that this person really will stay dead. “We want to bring stakes back to the show,” she says. “We will be finding a way to handle the Lazarus Pit portion of season 3 in season 4 in a new, inventive way that I can’t reveal.” “But it’ll be cool.” Adds Guggenheim: “It’ll feel organic and very earned. It’s actually very elegant.”

Perhaps it is Oliver's baby mama who dies?

Mr Terrific or Ray Palmer could do the computer stuff for Team Arrow next season.
l don't know. Let's look at it in all seriousness when ray come back and his solo doesn't take off he needs to be on the flash cause atom has a history with fire storm in the comic's as Ronny's other professor and more importantly with in the show he has a good chemistry with Cisco and knows how to run a business he's a perfect fit for that show there's noting in starling/star city left for him hell the could be bother ob show a funeral memorial or grave for him.

and s.t.a.r. lab's has the name star in it. so it all works out.

let him in a place people will actually miss him with in the show especially after what he did to save Oliver last season while being force to multitask when he was busy with the virus cure.

Beside's that, last night was A GOOD START.

He's not getting a solo.

He's not getting a solo.
As I thought. Just send him to star labs the actor is good but the character isn't strong enough to carry a show to him self . Not yet. He has history with character there from the books like fire storm and be sides chemistry with the actor's. he just fits there as the atom and over all. It's a no brainier

When I said he isn't getting a solo, I was talking about Legends of Tomorrow, he's going to be one of the leads on Legends, which Firestorm will also be a lead on.

You know who he really has history with? Hawkman. They're starring in Legends together.

I already know about legend's but it's a mid season show after it's done with ... he'll have to show back up same as sara.

as to high five In said comic's he was Ronny's other teacher beside stein in university before ether became heroes and does he have a relationship with hawk man? yeah maybe but he has one with fire storm Ronnie and stein (I'm aware both will be in this series) but again it's mid season after then what? since it's one time deal.

point is after that mid season show end sara leave it indicates they will all leave too. it is over and done with. Ray has to turn back up and people will know he's alive but he's was planning on leaving the company of which was former queens to felicity and there's nothing else for him there.

so when he does turn up he can still leave head to flash there's nothing in straling for him felicity doesn't care she has her man.

he still has the rest of the world company to run and he's a scientist and know business. star labs needs a boss with experience and no there in flash has that.

What? The show will be airing at the same time Flash/Arrow do come 2016. He won't have to turn up anywhere.

After they're done with vandal savage .if sara is turning up in arrow it mean's the event will have to end some time and if sara show's back up ray will have to as well. and he's up and leave as he was planning to do.

Good episode. And as much as I wanted a lighter Ollie, seeing him now after getting used to the dark broody one feels weird. But I welcome it if handled well. I just don't want it to be a bunch of cute romcom moments between her and Felicity every time. And I wonder if Ollie and Laurel will EVER get back together or is that an element from the comics they're really not gonna keep? Just wondering.

I like the introduction to Damien and how fast we met him. Normally we don't meet the villain til the middle. I like how Laurel and the others are handling the Ghosts and protecting the city, but I think we should be past Laurel still managing to get slapped around. I don't even think Thea was touched really and they were both trained League members.

The whole thing Detective Lance...not sure if I'm okay with it or upset...something serious had to have happened to him in the months Oliver's been gone cause he basically let a bunch of cops get killed.

As for the flashback scene...interesting but I'm disappointed he's back on the island already. When is he gonna get involved with the Russians or learn to fly a plane? I refuse to believe he's going to get rescued from the island again and wind up back on it again. Or maybe throughout his remaining time from Starling he's been working for Waller. I can actually see that working if that's the case; have Ollie traveling the world doing missions for Waller up until he's dumped back one more time til he's rescued.

But all in all a decent start.

they made it clear that they don't want oliver and laurel to happen as a couple it seem's they didn't want that from the jump other they wouldn't make such an effort to poison the very thought of it with putting him with her sister cheating and him be the male version of paris hilton prior to the island and making Laural hated in season 2. it was all on purpose so we have to move on from it.

Damien is working out well but he's still what brother blood should have been the mystical villain that ran Hive under queen BEE. while Darkh was a jason born type that was illusive and worked for most agency's and was really a villain. grey area maybe . it's working out so far. but what was done with Laural and sara was done with brother blood and darkh but it's working out ok.

I agree it's a good start to the season .

All the team members at one point needing bailed out. Thea was saved by Diggle, Laurel by Quentin, Oliver by Diggle.

Isn't Star City now leaderless? no DA no mayor no emergency service head.....I sure the council could run but no deputy mayor? I would think state government have to come in and help since the police can't handle the problem

the question is will Laurel be the one that will be asked to be acting DA?

Im not sure if her boss is actually dead or not. But they should address some outside help coming in, maybe that's what leads Lady Cop and co. to coming in?

Legends will run for 15 episodes alongside the back half of Flash and Arrow's seasons, it starts mid-season, but it far from ends mid-season. If Legends pulls good ratings (which it probably will), the show will almost certainly have its second season be a full 23 episodes.

my thought's are after wards since sara is showing up on arrow as white canary if she show's up so should he. cause that event will have to end no matter the number of episode's . and he should leave town there's nothing in staRLING FOR HIM. since that what he was planning to do before he blew up his office and work shop.

if legends gets another season and he's needed for that then fine but as long as that happening with sara. it mean's they're battle with vandal savage AND will end with those episodes. Til they are renewed or they have a new VILLAIN THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE TIME TRAVEL it shouldn't stop him from having guest spots or having star labs up and running Busniess wise .

After all the actor roger cross did three show motive (guest star) continuum(stared as the villain)and a that new show his dark matter(star protagnist ) victor garber was on motive while doing flash yeah those show's aren't related as well but they can do that.

Well they said Laural's boss was dead as to the leader less city we'll see. I t seem writers these day's are more interested in leaving in shambles then have the human spirite endure and have them rebuild things or someone replaced.

We'll see what the writer onthis show do if they 'll address that or leave it hanging. the most We'll see is Jerry Ryan try her hand at being mayor . if they leave the other position hanging it mean they aren't a priority at all to the writers.

Loved the episode, the opening action sequence was cool and I hope we see more of Thea and Laurel in the field together, Thea's enthusiasm for her new life as a crime fighter is fun to watch as she she just says exactly what is on her moment.

I think they have the Ollie and Felicity dyamic exactly where he needs to be, fully accepting who they are and embracing it. I also like Digg's conflict over Ollie's actions and how he kept the HIVE info from him, basically a role reversal.

They couldn't have done a better job introducing Damien Dahrk as the seasons villain, he came off as dominantly powerful and calculating, the scene where he Mola Ram'd one of his Ghosts was great. I'm curious to see who his associates are when they arrive.

I loved Ollie's speech announcing himself to the city as the Green Arrow! :applaud

The twist at the end with Lance really surprised me, I was just expecting Malcolm. I'm looking forward to seeing what Quentin's motives are and how/if he gets out of the hole he's in.

Anyone else got a chuckle from hearing Dark's reference about how the City hasn't changed in the last "three seasons"?lol

Maybe Talia will be one of them (though they will probably leave her reveal until late on in the season). It would make sense as she is in H.I.V.E in the comics and Ra's existed in this universe. Perhaps like Damien she had an argument with Ra's and left him and started working with Damien who perhaps has similar goals and a similar view of the world to her in addition to sharing her hatred and bitterness in regards to Ra's.

Sara is coming back to arrow before legends to be revived. I haven't seen anything saying she would be back on arrow after this season of legends . maybe a crossover like with flash but I don't expect more then that.

Talia could certainly be one as she would fit the hype Johns dropped at SDCC and I doubt the current DCCU will use her or Ra's in the foreseeable future. Dahrk used a plural though so maybe we could be seeing 2 or 3 cool additions to the villain roster in the second half of the season.
