Except that this time, her actions make sense and are justified. As for Lance, it's basically the whole "I'm smart enough to figure it out if I wanted to, but just don't for my own reasons" thing that Batman and Gordon have going on.

They are turning arrow Into era where oliver has no money.

As much as i don't want to see it inless I am wrong i totally see them killing off Sarah by end of season so they can build up Laurel.

It was a good episode not great but as usual everything Slade was awesome and I liked most of the interactions with proto team Flash. Daddy Lance knowing is not a surprise but it's good to get a definitive answer. We know Ms. Rochev will be back and in Ravager gear which is gonna be awesome. Things are going to heat up big time and I can't wait.

Oliver will always lose his money no matter what continuity 1970 pre crisis post crisis 1986 or new 52 ..

Well it would be nice if how he lost his money made just a little bit of sense.

Which, again, would've made a lot more sense in season one. In light of who his daughter is dating, his history with that person, his regular interaction with both Oliver and the Arrow (the latter more so than the former), and especially his knowledge of how Sara spends her nights, I feel that he would have to be taking some pretty extreme measures to not put pieces together automatically. It is something so unbelievably obvious that willful ignorance cannot, in my opinion, explain how and why he doesn't know.

I guess he just tries his best to not dwell on any clues ; "Hey look Sara and Oliver are together....they kinda remind of me of-HEY LOOK THE TURKEY IS DONE! BAZINGA!"

Im sure some deep deep part of him knows the truth.

I honestly think that's what he has to do every time his mind starts to wander. :funny:

We'll see.

What I got from that scene was that he knows but can't bring himself to say the words out loud. If he did then it's real and he would have to do something about it.

Yeah agreed. He totally knows, but just doesn't want confirmation or to admit it to himself.

I'm sure his though process is "If Sara is the woman in black and see's dating Oliver then that means… Who cares."

Loved the episode. Arrow gets better and better with each episode. And felicity looked hot in a ski mask!

My exhaustion with Laurel is just getting exhausting. It's just the way she's portrayed.
Today I feel like they're taking the Lois route, she's suddenly in love with him again as she sees Ollie as his Arrow avatar. She's going to fall in love with him all over again. That hug had almost no chemistry.

PS. I know I sound like an idiot when I say that but it's simply my opinion. I love her character as a whole but her actions with Oliver don't have that chemistry to me! I know it's progression but they always bring her in at the strangest times, it's just awkward!

The way I see it she's his past and they have so much broken history between them, Tommy and Sara included. She doesn't really know him anymore, now that he's Arrow. Now she knows, she's going to fall in love with him all over again, even if it's for the wrong reasons.

PPS. That would have been too easy of a death for Isabel and we all knew it!

Well, Robert Queen was even more of a creep than we thought. Seriously dude, she's like 30 years younger than you, and she was an intern.

Also, icing Ivo like that was both sweet and cold at the same time.

Glad to see it. Although the Arrow is becoming less cold-blooded, flashback Ollie has to start becoming more. It seemed earlier in the season they were following things thematically, which made him seem to be getting softer on the island instead of more callous.

The losing their money plot made no sense, if the Queens own over 50% of a multi billion dollar company Isabel can't take that away by diluting stock. I don't see how she is seizing their assets either.

You know. I didn't think about that line at all at first. Now I have to think about it more to see if it makes sense. A company can certainly issue additional stock and each stock dilutes the value of a current share. But I'm not sure how that works in this context. Certainly, a minority can't go to the majority just by issuing new shares, so the new shares can't dilute ownership. And, certainly, a stock split won't impact that value of their shares. So, yeah, I guess it doesn't really make sense unless I'm missing something.

Thea needs what Laurel got after that dinner party.... A kick up the arse. That being said, she did have the entire rug and floorboards pulled out from under her, so a bad reaction is not unexpected.

Lance.... Nice speech, but I think a 'Oh I know who he is, but I don't care' would have been a better option (IMHO). Also, the reversal of the charges was a little abrupt. Hopefully Laurel's new found taste for blackmail bites her in her arse.

The 'welcome home' battle was sweet, but it was obvious it was BamBam in the costume & not Manu and i felt the VO sounded a little off as well.

.

Thought it was established it was no longer a multi billion dollar company. Remember that Oliver got a loan from Starling National Bank to buy the remaining shares. So it's possible the bank could call the loan now that Oliver is no longer running the company and I'd assume calling the loan would also mean they would take all his shares, sell them off and maybe seize assets to get as much back as they can.

Also anything in the Queen Industries name is something she could technically seize.

I thought Isabel mentioned they had recovered back in ep 6 or so. Anyway they said the Queens still own more than 50% of the stock so they cannot be broke. They owned 45 % in ep 1 and the bank loaned them the money to buy 5%. So if all their stock were sold they would be out of the business but still millionaires at least. Putting the Queen Mansion in the company name would be ... stupid. It's like the writers decided Oliver must lose his money but had no idea how to do it.

He basically admitted he knows
