Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

damn that really sucks dude. heres wishing you a speedy recovery

Thanks! Everything went fine with the surgery and now I just have to wait for it to heal.

Anyway...I actually played a little AC today. I really want to try the mp soon. I also downloaded the free DLC. It wasn't that hard, even with one hand in a cast (my fingers are fine). It will take a long time to heal, but I can at least play videogames. :oldrazz:

Just started playing last night, didn't really get past the tutorial/intro stuff. Got to the point when you get your first viewpoint in Rome. I do think it's really cool that in the present they set the animus up in the assassin's secret chamber. While I'm sure playing as Ezio again will be great, the present day stuff really did make me want a Desmond game.

I felt the same way amazing. Wait till you finish it. At this point I don't care where in history they go, I just want to know what happens next with Desmond.

I got this for Christmas and beat it Tuesday. All I can say is "mind...blown".

also got for christmas, still have lots of stuff to do. i love the new stuff added, like the crossbow and firing your gun while your sword is out. i can't wait for part 3.

Doing a mission and they brought up France, so without finishing the game I'm thinking France is for the next game. Makes sense since the development team is french or French Canadian. Hope to do a leap of faith from Eiffel tower.

They also bring up England, Germany, Spain, Japan and Russia. I don't think it's going to be an easy one to predict.

got the game for xmas and the majority of it is awesome. But I swear whoever thought up the whole 100% sync side objectives needs his nuts ripped off by rabid spider monkeys.

i like the 100% sync optional thing. makes it more interesting. also you can do the mission then replay it later if you want the sync.

Aside from 1 achievement and 1 outfit, the game doesn't require the 100% sync for anything, so it's not really a big deal. Just an extra thing to focus on if you're a crazy completionist.

they're not that bad but I got a couple that are giving me so much crap. Leonardo's Tank and one of the frickin Thieves Guild missions.

Thats all they unlock? I thought they unlock the Christina missions.

Well they probably count towards it, but for the Christina missions it's just your overall synch, which includes everything, story missions, flags, renovations etc.

Finished Sequence 3 last night. Already really sucked in, love attacking those Borgia towers. Looking forward to the next sequence since I think I'll unlock the ability to recruit assassin's, that should be fun. Not having too much trouble with the 100% synch stuff yet, the only real problem I had was not getting hit by the wolf people and that was only cause I thought I could kill streak them all.

Played some MP yesterday. Good lord it sucked. The whole fun of stalking your opponent pretty much flies out the window, when everyone just runs around and hides on roofs.

lol yeah I kinda figured that the mp would end up sucking. Hopefully they'll scrap it and focus on making AC3's story truly epic. Also love the avvy dude. Got the dvds for xmas and that is hands down one of my fav parts of RvB.

I actually liked the multiplayer quite a bit.

So do I. It's not all stalking all the time either, you really have to adapt depending on the game type.

The MP is fun, if everyone actually tries to blend in and doesn't run around like a *****e the entire time.

i really like having my own assassins. i can call them in when ever. also when you do a mission that your needed to go unnoticed if you can use your assassins then use them and stand back. i used them for the escort the banker mission. didnt get noticed at all. just sent in the assassins.

I love the multiplayer, and the idiots who run around are the best. Most of the time all you have to do is hide in plain sight and they end up coming to you. For the ones on rooftops, I just use the hidden pistol.

It's actually a great system, because while the idiots who run around might get upwards of 8 kills or more, I still tend to win alot of games with only about 3 really high scoring kills. If you blend in, do it completely silently, lock on and follow them a bit, flank them and then maybe do an acrobatic assassination, thats like 750 or 850 points right there.

I haven't finished the game or got the Romulus armor. For some reason I can't dye my clothes anymore they are only ebony black still. Even when I dye them white. They wont change. I'm wearing the plain cloak. I tried on altairs armor then put plain cloak back on. Anyone know what's going on?

Are you still in Altairs armour? You can't dye that.

So it's the red and black plain cloak colour? That version of your regular outfit?

Got the assassin recruits the last time I played, they are fun to use, I sent them all away on missions before turning the game off last time, wanna get 'em all leveled up. Finished up sequence 4, but I think I'm gonna wait to start Sequence 5, do some of the optional stuff like Guild Challenges, get more viewpoints and burn down some Borgia towers to continue renovating Rome, I think I've got 5 or 6 left. I really love how well the game flows, spent 3 hours Tuesday playing without even realizing it.
