Really enjoying today's daily mission rewards. So far, I've gotten Cyclops' gold EIso, the Blaster EIso that causes splash damage, the Generalist EIso that provides morale boost, and the Scrapper EIso that takes away opponents' beneficial statuses.

getting tired of winning the big and fast eiso, give me something else dammit!

Hey guys, just a reminder that I don't comment on when something is going to release. Spec Op 24 is certainly next but it's got more time.

The reason is there are several new villains and a lockbox. So it's pretty heavy. Takes a bit more time. Thanks for the patience.

Everytime someone bumps this thread I think they're going to say that the new SO is up.

But admittedly, it always comes out much later in the day. For me here, it usually right in the middle of the night after 2 am.

They're still not even in Beta yet so they're probably about a week out from releasing it. At this rate, I'm expecting them not get anything new out this month, unless they just unload on us once the Pre-Season PVP tournament ends. From what's been talked about so far on @MAAInsiders, we seem due for a new SO hero, a new SO LB hero, a PVP hero, and possibly a PVP LB hero.

Still, they did promise new content this month. I don't consider a new Covert Ops for an alt to count.

I can't even play that Covert Ops since I don't have Magik.

Can't really compete in today's daily mission either since I only have 2 Asgardians (Thor and Sif) and they get killed off too easily.

Well like I just posted I don't think that's accurate that they aren't in Beta yet. It was just an excuse to throw the word Beta in a tweet as a hint. It's still likely it'll be this week.

Also Angela was pretty much confirmed as the PVP Hero in an interview.

Damn. My strongest bruisers can't stand against Modok today. I've used Thor, Hercules, Molly Hayes, Colossus, Ares, Gorgon, Sandman and Iceman. Still have Anti-Venom, Ka-Zar, Groot, She-Hulk and Thing but don't know what they'll be able to do against his blasts.

Yep they missed it. And they can't say the Pre-Season PVP Tournament and Magik CO are new content. I think them not releasing stuff in a timely, spaced out fashion and then not communicating what is coming down the pipeline are what's really causing a lot of frustration with players.

It seems like ages ago since the last SO. I had to check who was the last SO hero and realised it was actually Crystal. It feels like I've had her for a while and thought there was someone else after her.

It still isn't the longest break between SOs. A couple of times it's been over a month since the end of one and the beginning of another. SO 23 end January 11th, so not there yet.

I thought you'd say the new SO is up and Beta Ray Bill was the new hero!

Unfortunately I had to hold my horses. I canter wait for it any longer.

BTW, I wonder if we'll get Hellcat this year, now that she's on AKA Jessica Jones. Her costume would look pretty similar to Crystal's, except with a cat mask, a sash and claws.
