I ended up with a rating of 2114 so I only lost 115 points since last night. If there's a good thing (at least for me) about all the server issues the last day is I don't have to worry about too many defensive fights.

1177. Oh well, I've gained gold, silver and enough command points to buy a new hero. Moon Night, Volstag or Shanna. I feel lucky to have all heroes accept these 3 (as well as those 9 locked or expired).
Most of my heroes are ready for training.
Doom is now in training for level 14.

I had to work during the final hours, but I only had 6 defensive losses during that time. I ended up at 2038.

I had a total of 8 defensive battles all day after getting my daily 5 in early this morning. Getting so high up in Adamantium and the servers being wonky all day really stops massive amounts of attacks from happening.

Yeah I agree. My new strategy is to try and get up over 2000 before the final day. It's when I was barely into adamantium league on the final day that I had so many battles and couldn't keep up. Plus maybe the matchmaking changes helped like they promised.

Is it just me or does Nova's Level 6 ability miss most of the time?

You have to set it up with his single-attack L1 since it increases accuracy. Without using his L1, my Nova's L6 only had a 6% chance of hitting. After using his L1, it jumped to nearly 90%. This is done with my Nova only having 4 Powerful Iso, which means I've only bumped up his health and attack skills. I assume once I put some Iso with accuracy boosts, that percentage chance will go up.

Since the PVP tournament ended, now when I try to play a practice match, I am vastly overpowered and get killed off with a single shot. It wasn't like that before or during the last tournament. It's only been that way since it finished.

I see that Falcon is now available for 200 CP. His SO was the one that followed after Ice Man's wasn't it? I didn't play that one at the time as it was during the switch from Playdom to Facebook for me when I lost all my heroes.

I'm speculating that he could be the next hero required for an epic run in the next SO, since they'll have to start getting round to these previous SO heroes soon. They've already used Ice Man so Falcon and whoever follows him (Cannonball?) will inevitably have to be featured in the near future.

Although I don't recall Blackbolt being a required hero yet, and he was only made available a few months back during last year.

Well considering it's January I'll make a list of predictions for this year...

Age of Ultron new alts for Quicksilver and SW that provide the avengers team up bonus

For Ant-Man we'll get Scott Lang for a Spec Ops hero with Yellow Jacket as the villain and possibly an alt for Hank Pym

And the Winter holiday will have Winter Soldier as a lockbox hero as there is no reason they should not take advantage of that pun.

They should've done it this last winter though. That could've been the current SO. I suppose they could still do it for the next one, but leaving it until December 2015 is getting a bit late since the movie was in 2014.

Yeah a Vision alt would be likely too.

Trying to guess who the Age of Ultron tie in Spec Ops hero would be... we seem to have everyone in the movie so far.

They're going to run out of tie-in heroes eventually. They might already have.

We need to start getting characters like Namor and Silver Surfer. An underwater-themed SO would be cool. That recent daily mission with Mysterio where he changes the scenery and one of them is underwater looks great. They could have something set in Atlantis with a similar look to that.

Agent Hill could already practically be a character. If you have your agent set up to look like a female, there's a short dark hairstyle that looks like Maria Hill's. So she could already be featuring in a way, or at least you can pretend it's her. So I don't think they'll bother as she won't look really very different to a standard agent.

hmmm you must have missed the time I talked about that that most of the legal stuff isn't as bad as it used to be since the studio I believe it was Paramount gave up the rights. but there are some final issue's being straightened out since, yeah there were other people involved bedside's that movie studio, that had the rights.

But it was stated by the head on marvel movies studio's that most of marvel's game makers will be able to put him in their games a soon as it's indeed straightened out.

As to movie tie in I wouldn't worry about it .

I actually have about 417 CPs but I like to have more to spare as I anticipate it will probably be another 200 CP hero (likely Falcon), a new 90 CP hero yet to be released and maybe an older 135 CP or 90 CP hero. If it's 200+90+135 then that's more than I have at the moment, and even if it's just 200+90+90, then that only leaves me with barely any CPs left over.

He was the last pvp hero, before Nova. Pvp heroes are released after the next pvp is over, or at least that's how it used to work.

Well I want a new 90 CP hero. Someone interesting please. Ok, we might not be able to get Namor or Silver Surfer at the moment, but how about some other Defenders like Nighthawk or Hellcat?
