World Avengers Assemble! Animated Show - Part 1

Or you could just record the one show and watch it.

That would be logical.... But I was born on Earth and not Vulcan. :hehe: But the main reason is I like getting the full feel for a show. I stuck it out with Arrow until Deathstroke showed up... I have not seen an ep since.

I don't find AA to be THE WORST CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY EVER that some make it out to be, but... I think it's on the very subpar and mediocre side as of now. That does mean it can improve. But with this being a MOA show I feel I will most likely be disappointed from start to finish. (I still can't get understand how they squandered all the potential in GENERATOR REX. I was way too obsessed with that show for a grown man. But the seeds of greatness were there! :fst:) Oh well.

MOA aren't the only guys who worked on the show. Other people who worked on EMH also work on this show.

Not a bad episode this week. But it felt a little....incomplete.Like it should've been a two parter or something.

How does Widow not become the She-Hulk after this episode?

The show continues to improve... but they should have cut the peanut butter gag. Dracula was pretty cool.

The Dracula ep. Just seen it. Wow. There was enough story for 3 eps but they rushed through it all. Should have been a 2 parter. And Pasdar sounds like he's phoning it in as Tony still. It looked good but that's all I can say. If they gave these big action stories time to breathe things would improve. You can do these things better in 44 min. than in 22 min.

I'd rather they save multi-part or two-part stories for bigger events. Doom gets an episode and then Dracula gets one. Attuma will probably be coming up.

Not gonna lie, the peanut butter gag made me laugh.

Is it just me, or is this show scrapping up all the filler adventures from the comics that EMH glossed over?

I just watched it, I enjoyed it and MCU fans are in for a treat when they find out who's behind the "Super Adaptoid".

Oh and as a Thor fan I'm pretty impressed with how he's being treated in the show I can't wait for the later episodes.

But he got his butt kicked lol

But he got his butt kicked lol

No more than anyone else on the team, he was facing a robot with ALL of their powers. Not to mention the fact that he pulled out that badass lighting attack and caught the Quinjet in space.

God, this is a boring episode. I'm watching it now and having trouble sitting through it. Amazo's way better, and all of his modern animated appearances are leagues better than what I'm seeing here. Not a fan of weak-ass Hammer, either. I guess since the Adaptoid didn't have any personality in this, they chose to give him Hammer's face. Makes it more annoying.

Yeah I was expecting this episode to be similar to the Justice League's "Amazo" episode, I was wrong.

This was a great spotlight episode for Cap. We get to see what a brilliant strategist and tactician he is. I love that he confused and beat Hammer by using the repulsor cannon and Hawkeye's bow and arrow. That was clever. Cap was the only one that recognized you have to be unpredictable in order to beat him.

This is why Captain America should be leader :D .

I watched this episode the other day and again, I think this was pretty average, nothing particularly spectacular. Cap was good, showed why he can be such an asset to the team. Overall though, the Super-Adaptoid was boring and the rest of the Avengers were pretty boring as well. Also, I have to say that I am just not impressed with the animation which was supposed to be one of the selling points, the movements are just not very fluid at all.

This is not a bad show by any stretch. It still gives us the Avengers, which is good, but it seems like it is not striving for anything more. It appears content to reach for mediocrity and that's it.

Yeah I'm not too impressed with the animation, especially the CGI elements like cars and buildings. Not to mention how lightning looks in this show, it just looks TOO realistic to be in a cartoon and it also looks "weak".

And I also don't like the color skim eighter they should change it to make it more vibrant and organic like the other shows.

Both of these posts are quoted for the truth and because I agree with them.

Word, I hope he is put in charge soon

Just now got around to watching it and... sheesh...I never thought I'd see the day when I thought Ultimate Spider-Man had a more engaging story than an Avengers episode.

But they did it.

I've only watched the first two episodes and the best thing I can say about it is... the guy who does Red Skull's voice really sounds like Hugo Weaving's Red Skull.

That would be Liam O'Brien, who previously voiced Warren "Angel/Ark-Angel" Worthington III & Nightcrawler on Wolverine & the X-Men.

Yeah the last ep was a great showing for Cap and just screamed "team leader". As it should be.

Is there an episode list out there btw?
