I really have to hand it to the Russos and the Marvel production team... They really got me believing there was a chance Thanos was defeated or killed in this one movie before A4. They originally branded it Part 1 and Part II and then obviously walked it back when they realized the game they could play with the audience.

This has got to be why they didn't release the name of A4, not because it gave us new information but because it would itself reveal that this was in fact a two-parter. I wouldn't be surprised if it was 'Infinity Gauntlet' especially since 'Gauntlet' also means 'ordeal' or 'an attack from two or more sides'.

I can’t even get over how much I loved this. I usually come out of these movies with so many complaints, but I’m just in awe. 10/10

I can’t believe they already filmed the sequel. Seriously wtf. Markus, McFeely, and the Russo’s are absolute geniuses. I seriously hope those 4 continue to work together on Marvel projects. Give them Secret Wars or Avengers vs X-Men please

The worst part is that there actually WERE moments when Thanos was almost defeated. Like on Titan and in Wakanda. Those were such tense moments. Ugh. I LOVE this film!

Thanos tells. Show her doing what he supposedly admires, since they showed a random little girl going along with this guy playing with a knife whilst a firing squad is going on in the b/g.

Yeah that woulda been cool. I wonder what the trailer is gonna look like for it. The hype is real.

Ragnarok on the bridge did that for me.

And I legitamately got emotional when he appears at the fight in Wakanda. The hammer spinning from the bifrost and mowing down fools left, right and centre was a moment of extreme fist-pumping.

While it was cute for 1 movie, Thor isn't Thor if he's not beating the crap out of people with a massive warhammer.

I didn't think they coulda topped the Bifrost scene.. and they did. I disagree, Javon... we prefer that Thor have a hammer, but he's still Thor without it. I think that was a major focus of Ragnarok... "you're not the god of hammers"..

Very much doubt they're going to add more cosmic characters. They already cleared the decks to make more room for Scott, Clint, Hope and Carol, plus more breathing room for the original Avengers to shine before their time is up.

He is also my favourite Avenger so I am A-okay with him surviving that punch. Also, a big LOL at people who were demanding for an explanation for why Cap could withstand Thanos. I predicted it was just through sheer willpower and I was right. It was such an awesome moment.

Yeah he sort of seemed at peace didn’t he? The actor who played him did a really good job. I am glad they found a way to bring the character back. I just wish we could get him back on earth to face Cap again but I have a feeling this was it for him.
