I will say, Thor's entrance to Wakanda was one of the few times I've been in an Australian audience where there was cheering and clapping during the movie.

Can't wait for that! Thor really sounds like he's coming off as one of the characters with the best showings in the film.

Thanos sounds like the best villain of this type we've seen (uber-powerful, outsized, non-human requiring CGI etc). They usually come off as generic, predictable and without a solid motivation past destruction and death.

There's a reunion between Banner, War Machine, Cap, Widow, Vision, Wanda and Falcon, and they give a hologram of Secretary Ross some attitude. They decide to head for Wakanda.

He seems to go into denial a bit about how it affects him and the realisation Thanos might be too powerful even for him, and of all people it's Rocket who makes the attempt to get through to him.

thor arrives just as cap and panther are about to be ripped apart by the outriders so they smile then during a brief break cap comments on thors haircut to which thor replies you copied my beard

I needed a second to process it all and I’m still like shocked. Tom and Robert have an emotional scene that really hit me. Also Zoe was fantastic.

Yeah they kind of Alien 3'd Ragnorok's ending.

Well, Thor did mention that Thanos slaughtered half his people. So it's implied that half of the Asgardians escaped.

Given what happens in the films last ten minutes, that gives her a 25% chance at survival.

WELL, THEY FREAKING DID IT. THEY ABSOLUTELY DID IT.

Yes, it does feel like a lot happens, but what happens, maaaaaan. What an amazing 10 years it has been! It was not a perfect film, but it was still a great film, belongs to the top tier of the MCU. I don't know how I'll rate it yet, I'll probably wait till my second viewing on Saturday before I rate it. But I don't think fans will be disappointed. Throughout these 10 years, we felt all kinds of emotions, and you will feel ALL OF THOSE EMOTIONS in this movie. Wow, and yup, Thanos is this generation's Darth Vader. HE WAS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST.

I really don't know what else to say, but this film delivers. I freakin' loved it and I hope all of you do as well! Cheers!

That doesn't sound like much, but trust me he gets some great moments.

He also saves Mantis, Drax and Peter after Thanos throws the moon at them.
