That was like a decade ago (in Marvel time). Civil War didnt stop her from chasing down her friends in the Avengers she was hanging out with the week before like criminals. I really dont think she'll have any issue going after the X-men. Ditto with Spider-woman. Back then there were like 6 X-men. Now there's dozens of them, whom she doesnt know or have a connection to. I dont see her having an issue fighting them

This is all shaping up to be Civil War part 2 in a bad way. I can see this being on the same level of poor execution. I think a lot of key past relationships are going to be hugely ignored in favor of a slug-fest with no depth to it. Marvel is pushing the idea that there is only 2 sides to this fight when, if you look at the history of both teams, it's not as cut and dry as that.

Yeah in reality most of these people would look at eachother as friends and fellow heroes and try to come up with a way to solve the problem together. However all logic is forgotten in a event. I see some real reasons for the divide and in some ways have seen it coming, at the same time those reasons can be talked through, but them talking wont sell comics i guess.

Beast, Namor, Carol and Logan are all characters that are going to act in a way during this event that's gonna leave us scratching our heads.

Also I chuckled like Chris Hemsworth when I saw Thor up against Storm. But Storm is married to T'Challa, so this also causes confusion as to who she stand with.

One or two clear heads will eventually bring this mess to an end; maybe Cap and Beast, but knowing Marvel it will probably be Wolverine that saves the day.
Actually I just want to see Colossus go at it with Red Hulk!

Thor's managed to stand up to Galactus, Ego, the Celestials, and everything in-between. It'd be a longshot for him to actually beat the Phoenix, granted, but he wouldn't go down easy.
