I kinda thought it was the Scarecrow messing around with me, until it went on for WAY too long.. haha. I thought it was my XBOX p0wning me again. >(

I can't even figure out the inverted takedown through glass roof.
There is a section with 2 destroyable ceilings. There's a guy in that room.

I did a silent takedown and then quickly grappled to the gargoyles and then to the one above the 2 destroyable ceilings. I then get inverted.

When the alarm on the guy I took down goes off and everyone starts running that guy in the room should walk underneath you.

Anyone know how exactly to do the "Knocking off the ladder" medal challenge?

I did it two ways:

1) Stand behind them as they're going up it and grapple hook and yank them off.

2) wait at the top as they climb up and punch them in the face.

Either one works, and hilarity ensues as they plummet down the ladder.

It's simple. There's one gargoyle that's right above a glass window in the floor. The glass part is blocked off so thugs cant just walk on top of the glass. On the level below it, there's a room. Go in that room and chuck a sonic batarang in there, then go back up to the gargoyle and invert yourself and wait for the thug to go in the room to check out the batarang. Just make sure it's not the guy in red

I liked that don't take out the red guy until the end challenge. There was a part where I had two guys left and one of them was under me and I could have taken him out with the explosive gel but I just barely managed to stop myself when I realized I couldn't tell who they were via the detective mode. I hope they do more stuff like that.

another cool part about that, was that he was the first guy you see in the challenge and he goes right up a ladder in front of you really slowly at first to tempt you.

The first time I did the challenge, I yanked him off immediately and got the one bonus but then realized that I wasnt supposed to take him out until the very end.

Oh, so you actually have to invert yourself on your own. I thought you had to hit 'Y' when someone got underneath because I had done what you two had said but it would never prompt me to do that takedown. Thanks.

Yeah you hang upside down from the gargoyle by hitting B like always and it's like any other inverted takedown in the game, except this one you'll plow through the window and grab him. It will prompt you to hit the Y button once you're inverted when the thug comes in your range same as always.

I've always been able to just do an inverted takedown by hitting Y without ever having to go upside down. Which is why I was surprised when you said you actually have to invert yourself first. Must be because there is glass in the way.

I think it's a small glitch. I, too, performed it once in a game. Surprised by the revelation, I pursued in performing it again and again, but have never gotten the prompt after that one instance.

alright not to get all nolan's rollin here but anyone have any tips on how you beat the challenge by taking out 3 guards with 3 different walls using the explosive gel? I can never get more than two  I've tried it no less than 100 times and dont even come close to getting the 3rd guy.

I had the same problem as you mate, here's the thing. You know the floor explosive thats in that 1 small room on the right side of the map? You put the explosive gel UNDER IT so the thug won't walk to it and explode it too early.:awesome:

They seem to have mistaken Bane for the incredible Hulk.
I was pretty underwhelmed by that boss fight. Just like fighting a Titan really.

Honestly, most of the battles were pretty lackluster. The only one that sorta changed the pace of things was Ivy and even that followed one pattern the entire time

my issue is with getting 3 guys near the explosive walls each time.

The one room is easy because the one guard always stands in front of it. Then directly across from there is that other room where you can gel up the ceiling and get it to collapse by luring a guard there and taking him out or just using the sonic batarang. But I cant figure out for the life of me how to get a guard in there and to walk on the floor on the other side of the room at the same time? The sonic batarang doesnt regenerate quick enough even when you wait to take out the guard thats lured into the first room.

Are you talking about the predator map in the sanitarium? You don't have to lure anybody. One guy always stands by a wall, another guy walks under the collapsible ceiling and hangs out there for a little while, and one guy walks over the collapsible floor on the other side at the same time. You just have to set the gel quickly, head to a gargoyle, and wait without doing anything to interrupt their normal routine right at the beginning.
