Batman: Arkham Asylum

Bought this game two days ago -- very fun. The only things I have against it are that some missions were a bit repetitive, easy even on hard and was short -- beat it in one night.:o

Other than that, an excellent Bat game.

I have two more Joker teeth to find and I 100% the non-challenge portion of the game on Hard. I'm not exactly the biggest "Challenge Mode" guy, so I'm thinking I might sell the game while the buzz is still high. Put the money towards Uncharted 2.

Two-Face should be the main one, Ra's should be second. Black Mask could play a role similar to Scarecrow's in AA.

Ra's should never play second fiddle to Two-Face, as he would never follow him. Ra's leads, others follow.

I do though think that Two-Face would team up with Ra's to take down Batman...as it would make an interesting story.

Ra's could be in the background somehow and become the main villian in the 3rd. I see 2-Face being the main villian in the sequel (due to the ending) and Black Mask being second, with The Riddler, Joker, and Scarecrow thrown in the mix as well. With clues about Ra's wearabouts and plans that could be revealed at the end of the sequel. That's what I'd like to see.

anyone else hate the walk through cinematic at the beginning of the game? That damn thing went on for FAR too long.

The more I look at it, the more I love the Killer Croc design
At first, I didn't like it.
But it certainly grew on me. The Croc part of the game is one of my favorites.

Yes to eveyone except Joker. I don't want him back unless Hamill's voicing him, and I heard that this was it for him.

That's ridiculous! I can't believe Hamill would say that. Being the definitive voice of Joker I thought he would be willing to do it forever. I don't know. That would be absolutely pointless then to have Joker as a major character in the sequel.

It's just a freaking voice guys. There were plenty of Jokers before Hammill and there will be plenty after. Maybe you're younger and thats your first point of reference to the character or something, but while he was good at it, Hammill isnt some be all end all here.

I see where you are coming from and most people who bought the game may not mind but It makes a difference for me although It wouldn't stop me from buying the sequel it would definantly disappoint me not having Hamill. And again, if Joker isn't the main villian it may even work itself out.

Now, if Conroy doesn't return to voice Batman....I don't know. I could see a petition in the works.

But Joker...again...as the main villain?
I don't want any villains returning, besides Riddler, who actually didn't appear and Bane, who didn't have a chance to shine because of the Titan thing.
No. There's so many other villains to be used.

Mark Hamill is The Joker!

Heath Ledger was good but Mark is better.

The laugh and the sort of camp undertones of Hamill's Joker just make him brilliant. Plus the way Hamill does the voice really adds to the flamboyant movments that the character is seen doing in anamation and comics.

When I read a Batman comic with The Joker I hear Hamill's voice, just like I hear Conroy as Batman.

I was just about to ask the same. I hope they are already working on the sequel but haven't announced it yet.

Again, thats your frame of reference. When I was growing up, Cesar Romero was the only one who had ever played him in live action. Then along came Nicholson.

By the time Hammill came along in the cartoon, I was already in my late teens, so he just seemed like another version of it. I guess if BTAS was your first exposure to the characters I could see how you could think that. Same thing for Ledger. He's just another guy who's played the role at this point although his take was much different than any of the others.

The only time I didn't hear Hamills voice was when I read "Joker" by Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo.

So its like Cesar Romero was the 60s.

Mark Hamill the 90s

And Heath Ledger the 2000s.....So we will get another legend playing the Joker.
