I don't see a problem here Batman getting his butt handed to him since this is a early career of the Dark Knight.

yeah that's not the issue it's the fact that bats was able to keep up with death stroke they were having issue with and complaining about. Since to them Death stroke is the more experience fighter of the two so they think. they think bat's should had an even harder time then what was shown.

Outside of Year One - which came close to the premise - most animated/live action media have avoided showing him having his ass handed to him.

Deathstroke can and has done worse to Batman, so I'm fine with how he was treated in the trailer.

Yea id like that as well. Obviously it wont be during the free flow as i never mess up, but id like to see him fail early in the game. Maybe he misses a bomb, or makes a cocky mistake when dealing with Joker or Bane or Deathstroke.

Batman misses 3 batarangs and gets punched/kicked pretty much by Deathstroke. Plus, the bomb. That was kinda rookie mistake.

Yea deff looking forward to seeing him early in his career. Gonna be neat from a story perspective.

Even though this is "early" in Batman' career he still has to be really awesome to attract the kind of attention that would call for such a big bounty that would bring in these 8 top notch assassins.

We saw him sort of get his ass handed to him in Begins while he was training with Ra's, so I assume that he went through something similar in this one where was already trained and skilled by the time he decided to go out and fight crime, as opposed to other superhero origin stories where they have to learn how to fight on the fly.

My biggest issue is that he looked a little older than I would have expected him to be in this "prequel".

Is anyone else bugged by the fact that an apparent raw and inexperienced Batman (as WB Montreal has said) is able to keep up that much with Deathstroke?

It's a cinematic trailer that needs to reek badass awesomeness or as everyone marketer says: Epic.

I'd say it's more important to show Batman win with his wits in the actual game, thats how i'd assume they will win the fight againts Deathstroke.

Apart from all the Kevin Conroy hoopla... I really have to say just how good this game looks.

Ultimately, I think It'll just be a fun, passable game to tide us over until Rocksteady makes their next big splash... but still, at least we have something to pass the time.

You can always go and play AA & AC as well. Of course this game looks amazing and I wanna see some gameplay go with it. Hear Batman talk.

The one thing I really want to see the most, are the new enemy types. Enemies able to counter your combos should be fun.

Yes, it is available for preorder on PS3, XBox 360 and the Wii.

Two years later I'm still playing B:AC; now even more as the Origins news keeps flowing. As for the game, I'm looking forward to the changes to Old Gotham, the new Predator challenges, the visuals, the voice acting and the soundtrack.

Oh, and playing as Deathstroke.

Looks pretty cool. Was looking through the villains depicted, but can only make out the more obvious ones.
